Point of Rocks RV Campground, Prescott, Arizona

Date of Stay: April, 2015 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Adventure awaits at this campground! Clean, and beautifully situated on a hilltop among the granite dells. Site 9 is high and with a fantastic view. No Wi-Fi to speak of. Other than that, perfect for what you want if you're visiting Prescott: trails, lake, wildlife, views, and all close to town. We camped at Point of Rocks RV Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Casa Grande RV Resort , Casa Grande, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We did not like it here. The spaces were close together. The place was run down and didn't feel quite safe. The element in the park seemed to be...not what we're looking to be around. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

We found Maricopa to be a much better place to stay! Just down the road and a world of a difference.

Wild West Ranch and RV Resort (formerly John Wayne RV Ranch), Maricopa, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for 3 months and loved it. Not just loved it, but LOVED it! First, the previous comment about electric price is wrong. It is 16c/kWh because that is what the electric company charges them. They do not mark it up. A lovely young couple owns the park and appear to be spending a whole lot of time and money to make and keep it the lovely park that it is. The lots are all large, the park is well maintained, and the WiFi was updated to accommodate everyone. There is no issue getting on and staying on! I run a business from the road and depend on wi-fi. No issues. We camped at Wild West Ranch and RV Resort (formerly John Wayne RV Ranch) in a Travel Trailer.
