Oak Grove Campground / Resort, Holland, Michigan

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Roads and RV parking spaces are asphalt and will accomodate large rigs. No problems getting in or out (our rig is 31 ft). There is grass and large trees all around sites. Well maintained park. Petting zoo, game areas and playground equipment for kids. The laundry room was clean and had many washers and dryers. There are hiking and biking trails all over. Lake Michigan across the street. We camped at Oak Grove Campground / Resort in a Motorhome.

Detroit Greenfield RV Park, Ypsilanti, Michigan

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

The facility is old and gets a lot of use. The quiet time begins at 11 PM. The washing machines only use cold water. If it rains the RV sites under the trees get really muddy and there is standing water for days. Like everywhere else in MI, the price is not inclusive. You must pay to enjoy the water slides on the lake. The roads in the park are dirt. The water, electric and sewer hookups are good. We did not feel crowded. This park is an easy drive to Detroit, MI. We would not stay here again. We camped at Detroit Greenfield RV Park in a Motorhome.
