Two Rivers Landing RV Resort, Sevierville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

If you have a family, do not stay here. There is nothing for you. They have "summer help" which are senior adult "watchdogs". They live on the property in their RV's and all they do is take your credit card, and then reprimand you for everything. They are positioned at the front, middle, and end of the park. Reprimanded for hanging towels, reprimanded for putting trash temp outside, reprimanded for washing a golf cart, reprimanded for letting my 9 yr old son steer the golf cart, reprimanded for taking bicycle on the sidewalk to the pool. Pool closes at 8pm. I asked if it could stay open later, and the "summer help" said to me..."if we kept the pool open later, it would mean one of us would have to come down and lock it up, we like to rest too"... The pool is approx 100yds from the farthest site. That comment told me everything I needed to know. Zero customer service, and zero "family" anything. She also brought up the golf cart and my son again and kept interrupting me when I was speaking. She said..."I've told the manager about you..." The setting is nice on the river, but there is a lot of concrete and asphalt. No open fire pits either.

Do your family a favor and pass this one by. It should be called Two Rivers Landing RV Nursing Home. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park, Nashville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Awesome place for family! The staff is great and they bend over backwards to help. They pick up the trash, and will also deliver firewood if you order it. Pool is big, with plenty of room. They also have great opportunities for kids. Ice cream shop with fountain style food on property.

Can't say enough good. The only negative would be that the sites are close together, but that did not bother me. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park in a Motorhome.
