Wildwedge Golf and RV Park, Pequot Lakes, Minnesota

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

Would be ok for overnight. Lots of activities near. Golf and Mini golf, shopping and lakes. Firewood was little expensive, host polite but forgot tv box until late night then came to apologize but still didn't bring the box until the next morning which we didn't need as we were gonna be on the run then. Did have full hook-up. Was level. Well mowed and clean. Golf and mini golf was nice. We camped at Wildwedge Golf and RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Indian Campground & RV Park, Buffalo, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

We have been on the road for five weeks and this is one of the best parks we have been to..it is level, shady and very clean. There is a nice pool, cute gift shop and clean laundry facility. The hosts are very personable and dedicated to the park. I would recommend it to everyone either for a one night stop or extended stay. Easy access and many activities within walking distance. We camped at Indian Campground & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Utah Lake State Park, Provo, Utah

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This was the best place we have stayed to date in this retirement celebration journey of 5000 miles. It was easy to access and had lots of activities and a beautiful lake. We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed a couple of weeks. The site had easy access and was level with picnic table, pavilion, and fire pit. The sunset was remarkable. We camped at Utah Lake State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Cameron Trading Post RV Park, Cameron, Arizona

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

The camp area was crowded and rough. However the Lodge, Dining and Gift Shop at the Trading Post across the street was very nice. I would recommend the Lodge but only stay at camp area for a night while passing through the area as it is close to East entrance to the Grand Canyon. We camped at Cameron Trading Post RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Yellowstone Park / West Gate KOA, West Yellowstone, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $80.00
Overall Rating:

Campsites were poorly marked and extremely unleveled. Lanes were narrow with really sharp turns and trucks were allowed to park on the roads making it very difficult to navigate. Wi-Fi service was non-existent. Amenities were very expensive especially with the rates charged to park. We have stayed at lower priced grounds that were much better. We camped at Yellowstone Park / West Gate KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Texas Station, Gatesville, Texas

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lot was easy to access and level. The park was in close proximity to stores but secluded atmosphere even though in town. It was secure with a pass code for entry. Would highly recommend this site when traveling through the area or if needing area for a reunion or reception as there was a nicely decorated large facility on grounds. We camped at Texas Station in a Travel Trailer.
