Very clean and also friendly people that check you in, loads of trees for shade. Nice bike trail right next to the park, nice river beach area for swimming. We have been there alot and will go back. We camped at Marquette Tourist Park in a Travel Trailer.

City of Houghton RV Park, Houghton, Michigan

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

A beauty of an Rv Park, we were right on the water with beautiful scenery, a public beach is right near by. Full hook up on site. It is a little tricky getting into the park with a sharp turn but not bad. The hills in the area are great for beauty. The park is very clean, not for tenting though as they do not have park restrooms and showers. Park supervisor was very nice. We will go back for sure. We camped at City of Houghton RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Many many places to visit while in the area, the office personnel have many ideas for you if you need any. The Kewenaw area and Copper Harbor is a great ride and many spots to take photos.
