Campland RV Resort, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed two nights in August 2015. Site was perfect for our 29' trailer and F150. All sites are angled perfect to give great shade in the morning. No trees in the sites are the only down side. Free firewood and wifi. If you use the wifi in the morning it's faster. Seems more people use it in the evening and it's slow. Full hookups but you need a pressure regulator if you want to tie in rather than fill your water tank. Clean washrooms and showers. Nice trimmed grass and hardly no bugs. Great little store and close to Saskatoon if you need something they don't have. We stayed in site 15 and we were right beside the nice new playground which the kids enjoyed. Pool and splash park are awesome. $14 for a family day pass. Pool shallow end is 1.2M and deep end is 2M. My 8 and 5 year olds enjoyed both the pool and the splash park. We would recommend this campground and would come back. We camped at Campland RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Pike Lake Provincial Park, Vanscoy, Saskatchewan

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed in site 197. It was tight to back our 29' trailer in and when we went to pull out it was even tighter with a large 5th wheel parked across from us. No trees in this site. Water and outhouse are close by. We stretched out our water hose to fill our tank. Power hookup only. Grass hadn't been cut in a while in our site. The closest park is outdated so the kids had to go a little further to a nicer park. Showers are free but there's hardly any warm water in the evenings. The kids did swimming lessons in the pool and loved it. The pool has a very shallow end for toddlers and a deep end too, plus a separate pool for the water slide. It's $12 for a family day pass. Would definitely recommend Pike Lake and we are going back again in August and staying in the same site. We camped at Pike Lake Provincial Park in a Travel Trailer.
