Split Rail RV Park and Resort (55+ park), Mission, Texas

Date of Stay: February, 2016 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

This is not what you'd expect. Mostly mobile homes and park models. Our rv site was long and level but way too narrow. We were next to a mobile home and couldn't open the slides without parking very close to the street. The staff are very friendly, but this park is geared to a much older seasonal crowd. We left without unhooking. We camped at Split Rail RV Park and Resort (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Quail Springs RV Park, Uvalde, Texas

Date of Stay: February, 2016 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

Great little park on the main hwy in town. Some road noise, but not a big deal. Sfaff was very helpful and friendly and facilities were clean. Lots and lots of trees!! Our pull thru was long and level with plenty of room between sites. All hook-ups workes well. We didn't use wifi or cable, but others say they work well. Roads are some what narrow and can be a challenge, but we managed with a 44' TH. Great place to stay. We camped at Quail Springs RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Victoria Palms RV Resort, Donna, Texas

Date of Stay: January, 2016 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This is by far the nicest park we found in the RGV. The staff is wonderful and the park is very well maintained. 24 hour gated security. All sites are level and paved with a patio. No open fires allowed. Mix of RVs and park models, but all are well maintained. No junk in here. Way too many activities to mention, but there is something for everybody. On site restuarant is good as well. Cable is great, wifi is ok. Great water pressure. Very close to Progeso, Mexico and other business are close by for dining or shopping. Nice discounts available for first time visitors. We camped at Victoria Palms RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Butterfield RV Resort & Observatory, Benson, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2016 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice and well kept park with wide streets and spacious lots. Sites are gravel with some trees and level. WiFi is extra and poor. Cable is poor as well. Very friendly staff. Excellent facilities, club house, pool and hot tub. This park would rate a "10" if not for the constant train noise. Tracks are a block away and VERY busy over night and early morning. Not the parks fault, but annoying just the same. We camped at Butterfield RV Resort & Observatory in a Fifth Wheel.

Wanderlust RV Park, Eureka Springs, Arkansas

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

Great little park just outside town. Trolley stop at the park. Sites are gravel and fairly level, but very close together. Wifi is spotty at best and water pressure is kinda low. New owners since January. They are on site and awesome. Facilities are spotless!! Small but very nice pool and laundry. Very nice and quiet park. Would stay here any time in Eureka Springs area. We camped at Wanderlust RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
