Susquehanna Trail Campground, Oneonta, New York

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Lovely little campground. Had a very nice pull through spot with a beautiful view of grass field and trees. All the sites are well maintained and nicely sized. Campground was very quiet and peaceful. Great place to stop on fall leaf viewing trip. Did not use any of the facilities so rating only reflects site and hookups, and overall look of campground. Would definitely stay here again. Staff very nice and check in went quick and easy. Used Passport America discount and stayed for $25, great value. We camped at Susquehanna Trail Campground in a Motorhome.

Beverly Beach RV Camptown RV Resort, Flagler Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: February, 2016 - $140.00
Overall Rating:

Way to much $$$ for a beach view with no services. $155 a night with tax, No trash pickup, limited cable, stayed just one night, and very poor area to walk your dog. The dog walk is pinched between a fence, a drainage ditch and a very busy highway. My poor dogs were scared to death to go for their walk. The rv parking area has very limited grass and the wind blows constantly so lots of sand in the air. On the plus side the ocean view and sunrise was beautiful. Wouldn't stay again, I have found much nicer places in FL with water views and lots of amenities for half the price. We camped at Beverly Beach RV Camptown RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Hocking Hills State Park, Logan, Ohio

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

We had Site 117, it was not level in any direction, very sloped. The area for table and fire ring was very sloped so not that usable. Sites were very close, electric only. Our site kept tripping off the 30 amp breaker so had to use an adapter and use the 50 amp outlet. There was only one water fill station that leaked more than it pumped to your rig. We usually like state park campgrounds but we left here after the first night. They charged $10 to process a refund for the remaining nights. We could have moved but no other sites available. Not impressed with Ohio State Park Campgrounds. We camped at Hocking Hills State Park in a Motorhome.

Logan / Hocking Hills KOA , Logan, Ohio

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $58.00
Overall Rating:

Overpriced for location and few amenities. Our site was large but was downhill and water drained through and kept it wet. The campground was virtually empty, very clean, had fine full hookups, had good WiFi, limited cable, wood on sale, very quiet, no real scenery. Not much to do at the campground. We have stayed at other Ohio KOAs and campgrounds with restaurant, mini golf, Scenery, full cable, and more amenities for more than $20 less. This KOA was overpriced and we don't plan on coming back to this area. We camped at Logan / Hocking Hills KOA in a Motorhome.
