Harris Village RV Park (Adult Park), Ormond Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: January, 2016 - $54.00
Overall Rating:

We are presently spending our fifth winter season (about two months for us) at Harris Village RV Park. We knew our first year that we had "lucked" upon the right place for us. A number of couples return here year after year and become "family." Anyone who wants to become part of the family is welcome, or if you prefer your privacy that is also honored. The owners, are very personable and work day and night to keep the park immaculate. They go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. Cable TV and WiFi are always in good working order. The ocean is about a ten-minute drive, and everything you could possibly need or want is close by in Ormond Beach or Daytona Beach. We highly recommend Harris Village to anyone who is interested in a small, quiet, no frills, affordable RV park in Florida. In fact, we probably should keep this place one of Florida's "best-kept secrets." :-) We camped at Harris Village RV Park (Adult Park) in a Motorhome.

Eagle's Nest Campground, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Eagle's Nest RV Park is our chosen place to stay anytime we go to Pigeon Forge or if we are just passing through. We have stayed there numerous times and have never been disappointed with facilities or services. It is an older park but is very well maintained. Personnel are very courteous and helpful if you have a problem. Eagle' Nest honors the Passport America discount which is a great saving to members. WiFi and cable TV work well. We would recommend this park to anyone traveling to the Great Smokey Mountains. We are planning a small family reunion in July and the ones of us who have RV's plan to stay at Eagle's Nest. We camped at Eagle's Nest Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Eagle's Nest is close to all shopping, restaurants, shows, etc. and provides trolley service. One great asset is the presence of The Barkers Lounge, a doggie boarding/day care facility that surpasses all others. Our little Shorkie loves to spend part of the day there.
