Mesa Spirit RV Resort (55+ park), Mesa, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2016 - $57.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here because the other park was full. This park was half full because at check-in they were not friendly and park is old. We were told that nobody had used the spot they gave us for the last year. Sites were tight and the roads were hard to turn with the RV because they were tight. Condition of park was overall run down. Bathrooms were not taken care of on regular basis. We had to leave early for a family emergency and they would not give us give us a refund. We had stayed 2 nights of our 1 week reservation. Family owned RV parks will work with you if you have a emergency, not these corporate parks. And if you are stupid enough to stay here, don't go to the Friday night fish fry, it tasted like crap. Never again Encore , you will not get anymore of my money. We camped at Mesa Spirit RV Resort (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

Great place to stay. It is really a resort unlike most places that say they are but are usually dumps. Nice spacious sites, pool is great, staff is always helpful, close to bike path, close to airport and beautiful area to camp. We camped at McCall RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
