J & J RV Park & Storage, Hot Springs, Arkansas

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

A average park with above average owners. Laundry not to clean nor was the bathroom. Pull through sites were just a little larger then normal in lenghth which was a plus. Some longer term residents but sites were not junky looking. Location was preferable to some other parks and road noise was minimal. FHUs well located and worked as they should. We would stay again. We camped at J & J RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

Camp Mi Casa on the Route RV Park, Carthage, Missouri

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Read the reviews and the positive comments are spot on. Very nice owner and speedy check with good knowledge of sites access and swing ro0om needed for big rigs and the sites are extremely long and well spaced side to side. Well kept, clean park with good placement of the FHUs. It had just rained and there was no mud and sites are well packed and drained gravel covered. Our GPS brought us in on the scenic route coming from the north but we got right to the RV park entrance with no issues. We would surely stay again if in the area. We camped at Camp Mi Casa on the Route RV Park in a Motorhome.

Eagle Ridge RV Park, Eagleville, Missouri

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Needed a long pull through site and called ahead to confirm length of site. Turn into park from the north comes immediately as you pass the storage units, like 20 feet past them, so it caught us unawares and we went down another 100 feet and actually came into the park in reverse direction. There are connecting and wide roads that come from the Church parking lot next door and if staying again it would make a much better entrance to the RV park office through that entrance. The park needs some better widening of the swing room for the big rig sites as well as some low hanging tree branches trimmed so I deducted from my rating for that reason. We camped at Eagle Ridge RV Park in a Motorhome.

Alexandria Shooting Park and RV Campground, Alexandria, Minnesota

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Pulled in and had just a little difficulty finding the self registration (its by the Managers residence) but easy self check in with numerous wide, long and grassy sites to choose from. Middle of the week and only a few other RVs onsite. 50 amp power available but you may have to search a little. Water pressure was very good and we did not use the onsite dumpstation. We would certainly stay again if traveling through the area. We camped at Alexandria Shooting Park and RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Lazy Days Campground, Miltona, Minnesota

Date of Stay: July, 2019 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We needed a park that had long enough pull throughs for our MH and car trailer and this park is the only one that had space available for a 2 week stay in the area. Very rural but easy in and out, long fairly level grass sites with good FHU convieniently located. Busy on weekends during summer mostly younger familys and the park is very kid friendly with some fishermen but not as noisy as we had expected. Quiet during the week. Not much signage and when we called for directions they were pretty generic but GPS did guide us right to the entrance. Verizon was good and we did not use park wqi-fi. Would stay again if needing FHU for extended period of time. We camped at Lazy Days Campground in a Motorhome.

County Line Campground, Summit, South Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2019 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

Nice long pull throughs which is why we chose this park. Couple of minor negatives: Very dusty interior roads and electric pedestal located so far to the back of rhe site my 50 amp extension cord was needed to reach power. Lots of transient workers in the park and if there is a speed limit it is not enforced causing constant dust in the air. Checkin pleasant and quick but not guided to my site. We camped at County Line Campground in a Motorhome.

Corral Drive-In RV Park, Guymon, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: July, 2019 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Lots of long wide pull throughs. We are 70 ft MH and car trailer combined length and fit nicely. Easy in and out from Highway 54 coming from the south. Park is located on the south edge of towm. Very hospitable owner and it is easy to see the pride he has in his park. He said he designed and built it from bare land. We camped at Corral Drive-In RV Park in a Motorhome.

Batise Springs RV Park, Pocatello, Idaho

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We tend to stay at parks we have been satisfied with on prior stays and this park is no exception. Long pull through sites and convenient full hookups with good power as well as a good Verizon signal and a fairly good park wi-fi system. Owner was very accommodating to our length of stay and our price reflects a weekly rate. Very quiet secure place and we would return again. We camped at Batise Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

Circle L Mobile Home Community, Layton, Utah

Overall Rating:

We needed a long pull through site on short notice on a Holiday weekend. Called this park and they furnished a spot with full hookups in an otherwise full park. Quiet, clean, convenient to Hill AFB and very nice managers. We would stay again if in the area. We camped at Circle L Mobile Home Community in a Motorhome.

Welcome Station RV Park, Wells, Nevada

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

I may had one of the best sites in this small and tidy park. # 3 because it was one of only a few that allowed satellite reception and also was 90 ft long for our long MH and car trailer with adequate swing room in and out . A relaxed check-in and guided to our site. Manicured grass sites that were somewhat close together but we needed the length of the site that no other park in the area offered. We did walk around the spacious grounds, which is encouraged, and the small flowing natural creek and small waterfalls through the property with the towering old trees was very peaceful. There is a circle of chairs set up and afternoons and evenings everyone is encouraged to meet and visit. We enjoyed this park immensely and we would return. We camped at Welcome Station RV Park in a Motorhome.

Douglas KOA, Douglas, Wyoming

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Extremely speedy and courteous check in and guided to the site. The park has a lot of permanents because of mining and oil exploration so there was some very early morning traffic. We had called ahead to reserve one of the few very long pull through sites. The length was adequate and easy in easy out. This park also has corrals for overnight of animals. We would stay again. We camped at Douglas KOA in a Motorhome.

Minot / Swenson RV KOA, Minot, North Dakota

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We called ahead to make a 50 amp pull-through site reservation and the lady who answered said just be here by 6 and there will be room. We got there a few minutes before 6 and the check in person was driving off and stopped and hollered out his car window to check in with the camp-host. The camp host as it developed had limited knowledge of 50 amp and 30 amp power or pull through vs back in, plus an attitude. It was a very unpleasant experience just getting a site. The pull through that we finally located was long enough and I did not have to unhook my tow vehicle. The sites are level but the park really needs some TLC. We camped at Minot / Swenson RV KOA in a Motorhome.

Small Towne RV Park, Terry, Montana

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed at this park before and if you want ambiance, resort facilities, frills, manicured lawns, or are just hard to please, you my want to keep on driving. This little park has a friendly owner, pretty good wi-fi included in the price, long pull through sites with good swing room in and out for larger rigs, and level gravel sites. Verizon worked well too. His personal service is the door mat and small garbage can as well as a booklet with local information and discount coupons when he greets you with upon arrival. We had full hookups and everything worked as it should. We would stay again. We camped at Small Towne RV Park in a Motorhome.

Old West RV Park, Reed Point, Montana

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Easy on and off the adjacent freeway. The park is right next to the highway, but road noise surprisingly was not too bad. A very nice lady met us when we arrived with a reservation and quickly checked us in and directed us to our site. Our pull-through site had a pronounced front to back slope, but nothing the levelers couldn't compensate for. Water, electric and sewer all located conveniently and worked well. Verizon a little slow but usable. We would likely stay again. We camped at Old West RV Park in a Motorhome.

North Bingham County Recreation Area, Shelley, Idaho

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

There is a sign in/reservation sheet to check on site availability when you enter the park as well as self pay and registration. Only a few campers there when we stopped. A county road in front has some traffic but we did not find the noise bothersome. Good electric and water and a convenient dump station on the way out.
