Fort Collins North / Wellington KOA, Wellington, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

I was referred to this park by a park mgr. in Loveland, CO because their RV park was full. I reserved 2 days ahead and was told on the phone that I had to pay by credit card then and NO refund was possible as they had a 48 hr. refund policy. Soon after my arrival I noticed an awful odor in the air. I found out that there's a cattle lot close by and the park frequently smells bad. The smell varies according to the direction of the wind and at times made me nauseous. I will never, ever stay in this park again. This is unfortunate as the staff was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. We camped at Fort Collins North / Wellington KOA in a Motorhome.

Mountain View RV Park, Arco, Idaho

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

The park has nice wide parking spaces which evergreens and grass at each site as well as a picnic table. The proximity to the Craters of the Moon National Monument was handy. If you decide to eat in the restaurant, don't go until 5:30. Before that, all they will serve is lunch. But you may may even have to wait if their don't have the broilers turned on. The ribs are delicious but if you're super hungry, take a snack. It may take quite a while before you get your dinner. Too we're used to southern hospitality and didn't get that feel here. More like we were bothering them. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

The park is situated on a beautiful lake with plenty of shady moss-covered oaks. The WiFi is excellent but there is no cable TV. We camped at Grassy Pond FamCamp (Open to the Public) in a Motorhome.

Southern Aire RV Resort, Thonotosassa, Florida

Date of Stay: February, 2016 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

The people are so friendly and activities abound. One word of caution. Don't purchase the "high speed" internet. We did and it didn't work at all. Just go to the club house and use the internet for free. We camped at Southern Aire RV Resort in a Motorhome.
