La Mesa RV Park, Cortez, Colorado
Date of Stay:
September, 2018 -
$20.00
Overall Rating:
Rating is low because sites on the west side of the park are next to a noisy car wash which sometimes sprays water on nearby sites. If you are not in sites 1 - 12 or so, you will have a great stay. I was given Good Sam discount for one night and Passport America for a second, so very good value. We camped at La Mesa RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wonderful, quiet park with a few trees. We had a pull-thru. Level. In addition to clean restrooms/showers, there is a cheap laundry and kitchen/sitting area. No Verizon, but wifi. Nice view of valley and hills. We camped at LaVista RV Park in a Motorhome.

Norseman Adventures RV Park, Atlin, British Columbia
Date of Stay:
July, 2017 -
$19.00
Overall Rating:
One of the most beautiful views in the world. Sites are tight and share pedestals, so are on the wrong side for every other rig. Water at each site; some 30 amp and some 20; all for $25 Canadian per day. Shared picnic table. We did not have a tow vehicle. Wifi only works by the shed where it is. Pay phone. No cell coverage. Cute village nearby. Dump outside the village without water. We camped at Norseman Adventures RV Park in a Motorhome.

Blue Heron RV Park, Hornbrook, California
Date of Stay:
March, 2017 -
$27.00
Overall Rating:
Wonderful place, six miles from I-5. Quiet, scenic, clean, modern yet quaint. One of our best RV parks ever. Level concrete sites with FHU and lots of grass between sites and around the grounds. A friendly dog and tame horses visited our rig. Trees have been planted and are maturing. Restrooms are clean with floor heat. There is a laundry. Only four rigs in the 27 spaces. Our rate is Passport America. Friendly owner says she is closing in a year, so if you are interested in having a beautiful park, you might ask if she's selling. We camped at Blue Heron RV Park in a Motorhome.
There was a restaurant, but it closed. Could reopen under new management.
