Wagonhammer RV Park & Campground, North Fork, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

Small CG pretty far from anything. 20 miles from Salmon and 2 miles from North Fork with a small cafe. Site 10 was dirt and gravel with some shade. Decent size for MH and tow. W/E/S worked fine. Did not use rest room or showers. No problem with WIFI. Not real fast, but OK. They have a Verizon repeater, so you can make call if you are near the office. Friendliest staff and campers we have met in over 2 years of full timing. Offered to haul me and my kayak on a float trip with them. Had a great float and lunch on the beautiful Salmon River. We camped at Wagonhammer RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Coeur D'Alene RV Resort, Post Falls, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Gated park with decent size gravel sites with cement pad. Very clean park close to I-90. We were away from from I-90, so road noise was not much of a problem. Only stayed 2 days and did not use any of the amenities. Close to shopping and some restaurants. Sewer and Electric were fine. High water pressure / make sure you have a regulator. WIFI was pretty much worthless. Needed to use Verizon MIFI most of the time. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Post Falls Dam. Just a dam over the falls. OK park with signage about the history of Post Falls.

Treaty Rock. Small park with short paved trails to the rock. Hard to read because of protective cover over writing.

Red Canyon RV Park and Campground, Panguitch, Utah

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Small park close to Red Canyon and Bryce NP that has pull-throughs and back-ins. The pull-throughs will accommodate most rigs. A few sites have shade, but most are in full sun. Best for full timers or over nights. No club house, pool, or playground. Close to RT 12 but noise was not an issue. Water, sewer, electric and CATV worked well. Verizon 4G had a good signal. The Wi-Fi had a good signal and was very fast. We camped at Red Canyon RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

McArthur's Temple View RV Resort, St George, Utah

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Park is convenient to everything in St George. It is close to the interstate, but not very noisy. Water, sewer, and electric work well. Sites were short and wide back-ins. The RV parked on one side of cement patio with the tow vehicle on the other side. Wi-Fi was unreliable. OK when park was not full. Slow and would come and go at other times. Verizon MiFi was horrible. Speed test was 200 kbps. We camped at McArthur's Temple View RV Resort in a Motorhome.
