Cloverdale / Healdsburg KOA, Cloverdale, California

Date of Stay: September, 2019 - $72.00
Overall Rating:

Well secluded park off a narrow winding road. Mid-week and had most of the entire park to ourselves. Sites are not very level and the whole park could use some TLC. Mostly back-ins, a few pull through sites. Lot of potential. Full HU, no cable, had charcoal BBQ grill. We used our hotspot. Over priced considering the location and not much more than any other $40-50 park. Likely would not stay again. We camped at Cloverdale / Healdsburg KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Blue Lake Casino, Blue Lake, California

Date of Stay: September, 2019 - $11.00
Overall Rating:

Not really an RV Park, just a section of the parking lot set aside for RV parking. Trucks also use it. Check-in is a chore. drive to the hotel, go to the casino for a player card, return to the hotel, pay the fee and then go to find any open space. No services but there is a dump station and potable water. Security does provide a shuttle service and they offer 4 restaurants. We ate in the bar/grill to watch the football game. Priced right for a quick one-nighter. Would stay again. We camped at Blue Lake Casino in a Travel Trailer.

The Mill Casino RV Park, North Bend, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2019 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

A little pricey for a casino since there aren't any other amenities, but it is a nice, clean, secure park with friendly staff. 24/7 shuttle service to the casino if you want it. Would stay again. We camped at The Mill Casino RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Swinomish Northern Lights Casino RV Park, Anacortes, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2019 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park, active casino, although they do not offer a shuttle service from the RV Park to the casino. A train goes by periodically in the back of the lot, but it's doable. Easy access off Hwy 20. Have stayed here before and would stay again. We camped at Swinomish Northern Lights Casino RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

60th Parallel Territorial Park, Enterprise, Northwest Territories

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

CG loop backs to a water access. No services, no electric, but it is right next to the NWT Visitor Center as you enter the Territory. Bring bug spray. Visitor Center handles the Camp and staff is very friendly. Site aren't used very often based on the outcropping of grass in the gravel. Sites could use a leveling effort and expansion for bigger slides. Easy access. No dump, no potable water, bring what you need. Rate is CAD and lower than normal due to 'no services'. We camped at 60th Parallel Territorial Park in a Travel Trailer.

Fred Henne Territorial Park, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Rate is in CAD. Great park, close to town. Several loops, some back-in, some pull through, some sites in Loop D are elevated enough to view the Northern Lights if they are active. Shower and bath is awesome, great handicap shower, 1 Loonie for each 5 minutes. Manned gate 24/7 and if staying and you go out to see the Aurora, they have an easy procedure to let you back in during late hours. Our site was very spacious, limited bugs, a few skeeters. Well maintained, they were filling potholes when we were there. Dump site and potable water fill by the office. Electric has been upgraded to 30amp. The whole NWT park system has been a pleasure to use and their online reservation system is great. You do need a minimum Windows 10 or similar. Win7 no longer works on their site. Great cell service since the park is close to Yellowknife. We camped at Fred Henne Territorial Park in a Travel Trailer.

Lady Evelyn Falls Territorial Park, Enterprise, Northwest Territories

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Rate is in CAD. Pull through site, Loop A by the falls. Staircase and walkways to the falls have been completed, Electric upgraded to 30amp, but sani-dump is slanted in wrong direction, we chose to dump when we got to Yellowknife. Staff was less than helpful but don't really need much help in a park like this. We camped at Lady Evelyn Falls Territorial Park in a Travel Trailer.

Fort Providence Territorial Park, Fort Providence, Northwest Territories

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Located on the McKenzie River, mostly level pull throughs. Electric only, dump site, but bring your own water and plenty of bug spray. Sand flies were intense. Really the only game in town as NWT has very little in the way of 'private' RV parks. We camped at Fort Providence Territorial Park in a Travel Trailer.

Little Buffalo River Crossing Territorial Park, Hay River, Northwest Territories

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Park has 20 sites with boat ramp on property. Right on the Little Buffalo River before it empties into Great Slave Lake. 30 amp, all sites are back in. Level and room inbetween to open our slide and awning, 20' TT. Spaces are a bit short and if you have anything over 30', check before reserving. 14 miles out of Fort Resolution on Hwy 6. Friendly staff, nice, small park. Drive into Fort Res for gas or groceries, but don't plan on a meal in town. Would stay again. We camped at Little Buffalo River Crossing Territorial Park in a Travel Trailer.

Queen Elizabeth Territorial Park Campground, Fort Smith, Northwest Territories

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

NWT Parks are awesome and the rate in CAD is very reasonable. Electric only, we had 30 amp in site 24. They seem to be upgrading to 30 amp in the NWT Parks we've stayed in. Very spacious, level pull through and the back-ins looked very level and long. Firewood available, dump site and separate potable water spigots in several areas. Friendly, helpful staff, clean shower building. Convenient to town, would stay again. We camped at Queen Elizabeth Territorial Park Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Yukon Motel & Lakeshore Resort, Teslin, Yukon

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We've stayed here before. Some pull through, some back-in. We had a pull through 30 amp w/water. Sells propane and gas is 4 cents off w/paid CG. Level sites. Good food in restaurant. Got a little screwy with a caravan checking in, but all turned out well. Truck stop is WELL across the road and not an issue at all for us. Never heard anything. Toad River Lodge & RV Park, Toad River, British Columbia

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Our third time staying here. Love the location, great for beaver watching, moose at the lake, swans with their young. We had a back-in site on the lake. They also have some pull throughs but we love the sites on the lake. Free firewood, restaurant menu and service is OK. Cable channels, about 10. No cell service, but good, free internet that worked well. FHU site. We camped at Toad River Lodge & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Hay River Territorial Park, Hay River, Northwest Territories

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

The North West Territory park system has been absolutely great. Spacious sites, level, long and priced right in CAD. They really should update their website as many of the sites listed when reserving show as 15 amp. They have been upgraded to 30 amp. We were in C-15 and it was 30 amp. Loop B is back-in only for tent campers. A and C are a mix of back-in and pull through. Well kept grounds and they leave a bin at each site for recycles. Located right on the Great Slave Lake, access to beach. Close to town but quiet area just outside residential area. Convenient dump station, get potable water in town at the Visitor Center. We camped at Hay River Territorial Park in a Travel Trailer.

Riverview RV Park, Fairbanks, Alaska

Date of Stay: July, 2019 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

A little pricey, especially for combat camping. It is a nice area though, convenient to Fairbanks and North Pole. Level sites with table, full HU and cable. Spent a week there when wildfires made us change plans. Very busy, reservations recommended, they seemed full every night, lots of caravans. Our site was on the end of a row, so there was regular park traffic noise, but livable. Would stay again. We camped at Riverview RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
