Bend / Sisters Garden RV Resort, Sisters, Oregon

Date of Stay: October, 2019 - $46.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed for three nights at this RV Resort and this is the best RV Resort we have ever experienced! Even the WIFI system worked awesome. The staff were very friendly and took us to our site. We stayed on the lake that has Ducks and Geese and everything is kept so clean and in order. The site we had was a pull-in which allowed is to watch from our RV the Ducks and Geese in the Lake. The site we had was very level. We feel we had the best site! We have just recently found out about this RV Resort and we will visit the RV Resort again next year. We camped at Bend / Sisters Garden RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

This Park is 4 miles from Sisters and the Mackenzie Pass Lava Beds are nearby too. And Bend is near which offers axis to the Deschutes River in town at the Deschutes River Trail. There are just to many things to list for the enjoyment of the Sunriver, Bend, and Sisters area to mention them all. A favorite of ours is visiting Smith Rock SP is also nearby. We used to have a vacation home in Sunriver and we know the area well.

Boulder Creek RV Resort, Lone Pine, California

Overall Rating:

Nice staff. We stayed here for two nights and stayed here for one night last year. Our site was pretty level and the the sites were very near to each other, but not an issue. The park has very nice view of Mt. Whitney, the tallest mountain in continental USA. We camped at Boulder Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Go to the Manzanar WWII Japanese/American detention camp, which was very sad and depressing, but it did happen and we were glad we went to see what was left of the camp. On a positive note go to the Western Film Museum very interesting and brings back lots of good memories.

Orangeland RV Park, Orange, California

Date of Stay: October, 2019 - $85.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed there for three nights visiting relatives. The RV park was very close to Disneyland and we had a deluxe pull through that was very nice that was also very tight. The staff was very friendly and the park is real noisy in the morning due to garbage trucks. Our site was very level and we had decent WIFI. Due to the congested traffic in LA I doubt we will return to this RV Park unless we get California license plates on our Motorhome and tow vehicle. We camped at Orangeland RV Park in a Motorhome.

Cave Creek Regional Park, Cave Creek, Arizona

Date of Stay: September, 2019 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

This was a wonderful RV Park and they have the best Website that we have used. The staff was excellent and very friendly and they keep the park immaculate. We stayed there for four nights and we go be back again. It is a gorgeous County Park with spacious sites, we could barely see our neighbors. Our site was surround by Giant Saguaro Cactus that were easily over one hundred years old plus al sorts of other types of Cactus. Thew park had no noise and no light pollution so the night skies were incredible. Our site was very level. We camped at Cave Creek Regional Park in a Motorhome.

USA RV Park, Gallup, New Mexico

Date of Stay: September, 2019 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for three nights. No WIFI due to a lightening strike. We were surprised that we were very close to an airport that placed is in the approach path. The first airplane that went over us looked like Sky King and Penny which are noisy due to the low approach altitude, but I like planes and you easily get used to the sporadic prop sounds of the planes. A lot of trains too, but they were in the distance and I like trains too. We would definitely stay here again. Very level site too. We camped at USA RV Park in a Motorhome.

Santa Fe Skies RV Park, Santa Fe, New Mexico

Date of Stay: September, 2019 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

First, great WIFI!!! The staff was very friendly and efficient. We stayed there for four nights visiting friends. The Park was full the whole time, but very quiet. The park is on a hill and had nice views of the valley from the walking trail around the RV Park. The Park also had a display of old vintage trucks and farm equipment. We would easily stay there again. Lastly the WIFI was great at all times even when the Park was pretty full. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Motorhome.

Mesa Verde RV Resort, Mancos, Colorado

Date of Stay: September, 2019 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Our reservation I made prior the July for a deluxe pull through got mixed up and the staff considered the mix up was our fault.... The first site they gave us was unable to fit the our RV let alone our tow vehicle and the second site was too short for our 34 foot Motor Home and the third site was a back in site that had overhead tree issues and an incredible un-level site. Went spent an hour trying to level our RV and gave up and went to the National Park. This site was also less than 100 feet to a very busy and noisy highway, each morning we woke up to hear Jake breaks from the trucks. Yes, we will not go back to this RV park..... We were here for three nights. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Resort in a Motorhome.
