Desert Gold Motel & RV Park, Richland, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed 33 days and even though the sites are old, small and mostly "live in's", it was clean and quiet, well except for the guys running around yelling "Buddy" for his unleashed dog. And on that subject; very few permanent residents observe the rules about leashing and picking up after their pets and the staff won't really do anything. I've gone out several times picking up after other peoples pets. The pool is not heated, (found out the hard way). Just sayin'. The laundry room is clean and $1 to wash and $1 to dry. The family that owns and runs it are relatively nice. Close to shopping and easy access to other towns. We camped at Desert Gold Motel & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Maryhill State Park, Goldendale, Washington

Date of Stay: April, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Since this was a little off season, the park was not crowded and there was only 2 dumpster if I recall. It is a beautiful spot and we loved our visit there. We camped at Maryhill State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This isn't far from the Mary Hill Museum and we suggest you stop there.

The park was really clean and quiet, but off season will do that.

Horn Rapids RV Resort, Richland, Washington

Date of Stay: April, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We were there in our 41ft RV and one of the staff made sure we followed the correct path to pull through with no trouble. The Laundry facilities were clean and there was an abundance of information and advertisements geared towards RV'ers. We were there for 3 nights and the pool was nice and clean. The little store had those last minute things you may need and hotdogs.

The spots were clean, green and a little close together but we liked the gated dog park and the overall friendliness of the staff. We camped at Horn Rapids RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We liked that the resort was far enough from town to not have huge traffic issues. We don't Golf, but there is one close by.
