Presnell's Bayside Marina & RV Resort, Port St. Joe, Florida
Date of Stay:
December, 2019 -
$50.00
Overall Rating:
We stayed a few days in this CG and found it to be a fine place to stay while visiting the area. The site was hard packed sand and level. It is easy on and off the highway. We had a backin site which was easy to maneuver into/out of. The cable was OK, we had difficulty with some of the HD channels. The WIFI worked fine the few times we used it. There are a few small pet areas for walking your dogs. The sunsets were spectacular. We camped at Presnell's Bayside Marina & RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:
We stayed in this CG for a few days. It was easy to get to and the interior was easy to navigate. Our site was a pull in facing the water which was quite nice. The site was level with hard packed gravel. Although the sites are close, there is room for a picnic table and chairs. Everyone we met were very friendly. We would stay here again. We camped at Avalon Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:
We stayed in this campground for an overnight. It is easy off and on the interstate I65. The site was hard packed gravel and fairly level. The electric and water worked well. The sewer seemed to be too far for us to use so we didn't connect. The sites are close together. All and all it was a good overnight stay. We camped at Peach Queen Campground in a Motorhome.

Cave Country RV Campground, Cave City, Kentucky
Date of Stay:
November, 2019 -
$42.00
Overall Rating:
We stayed here for a few days while visiting Mammoth Cave NP. Our site was fairly level with hard packed stones. We had a nice grassy area with a picnic table and fire pit. There's a great fenced in dog area that our dog loved. My DH used the showers which are updated with plenty of hot water. The cable and utilities worked perfectly. The campground is next to the highway and also a train track, so there was a bit of train and road noise. It didn't bother us but it may others. We would stay here again. We camped at Cave Country RV Campground in a Motorhome.

June, 2019 -
$45.00
Overall Rating:
We've stayed in this RV park a couple times and love this park. It's got great showers, 2 dog parks, a dog wash that has a groomers tub, a fantastic pool, and club house. The sites are nice with level concrete slabs. Some even have grass. The paved roads are easy to navigate. Theres a shuttle to the casino. This time we ate at Thunder Road and very much enjoyed our meals. The Wifi was good. We camped at Route 66 RV Resort in a Motorhome.
We enjoyed the Rattlesnake Museum in Old Town Albuquerque.

Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground, Bryce Canyon, Utah
Date of Stay:
June, 2019 -
$54.00
Overall Rating:
We stayed in this campground for a week and very much liked our site. It was large, level and hard packed dirt with a large grassy area. It was dusty when the wind kicked up, but it's to be expected in the west. We used the free shuttle to visit Bryce Canyon NP which is so convenient and the drivers were very knowledgable. We used the laundry which has quite a few machines at the average price. The shower facilities are private individual rooms and were clean. Our site had a water leak and when we informed the office, they sent maintenance over right away. The plumber put a temporary fix on it. We used our water and pump after that so that the site would dry. The wifi was iffy and slow except for early in the AM. Our Verizon cell service was good there. We would stay there again. We camped at Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Lakeside RV and Campground, Provo, Utah
Date of Stay:
May, 2019 -
$44.00
Overall Rating:
We stayed in this campground for 5 days. Our site was level and hard. It is setup as "buddy" sites, so you share the small grassy area with your patio side neighbor and the utilities side neighbors are feet away from your RV. We personally don't care for this arrangement, but if you're traveling with friends/family, I'm sure this works for you. Our first neighbor tied their dogs out so that that they could reach our door, the kids used our picnic table. We don't like to complain, but were forced to do so. Our dog enjoyed the large dog park. We would not stay at this campground again. We camped at Lakeside RV and Campground in a Motorhome.
We very much enjoyed the pioneer village in Provo.

Valley View RV Park, Island Park, Idaho
Date of Stay:
May, 2019 -
$40.00
Overall Rating:
We stayed in this RV park for a few nights while visiting Yellowstone. The weather was rainy and snowy so we didn't spend much time outside in the park. The park was clean, quiet and surprisingly, not a muddy mess. The wifi was great for browsing and email. We used the laundry and showers and they were very clean. There's a dog area but it's not fenced in yet, so no off leash. The site we were in was hard and almost level. Everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. We would stay there again if ever back in the area. We camped at Valley View RV Park in a Motorhome.
The store/gas station next door has awesome soup and delicious cinnamon rolls.

7th Ranch RV Camp, Garryowen, Montana
Date of Stay:
May, 2019 -
$42.00
Overall Rating:
We stayed in this campground for 5 nights. Everyone was friendly, helpful and informative. The sites are terraced and fairly level. The showers are large and the bathhouse was spotless. When they tell you the water is soft, they're not fooling, use less soap then normal. The views are awesome especially if you walk up the hill to the flagpole. Also great places to walk your dog. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definately stay here again. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.
Of course Little Bighorn. The Indian taco at the trading post was good.

Pony Soldier RV Park, Lingle, Wyoming
Date of Stay:
May, 2019 -
$35.00
Overall Rating:
We stayed a few nights at Pony Soldier RV camp. It's a little no frills campground with nice friendly owners. The campground is next to a railroad and the trains come by often blowing their whistles during the day and the night. Our site was pretty level and hard packed dirt. We enjoyed the scenery and watched the sunset one night. If the weather would have cooperated, we would have stargazed. We camped at Pony Soldier RV Park in a Motorhome.
We enjoyed Fort Laramie, Guernsey State Park, and the little museum right next to the RV park.

Triple J RV Park, Russell, Kansas
Date of Stay:
May, 2019 -
$35.00
Overall Rating:
We stayed in the new section of this campground for a couple nights. The pull-thru site was long enough for our motorhome and toad. It was fairly level but due to all the rain they had here, we sunk quite a bit. The whole campground was a wet, muddy mess. There's a fenced off dog park area that our dog enjoyed. They do have cable and wifi, but we couldn't connect to their wifi and the cable was iffy (maybe due to the severe storms). We camped at Triple J RV Park in a Motorhome.

Camp Mi Casa on the Route RV Park, Carthage, Missouri
Date of Stay:
May, 2019 -

Overall Rating:
This is the second time we stayed at this campground. The owners are very very nice and accommodating. They have a pool and large fire pit area. It was stormy while we were there so we couldn't use them. Our site was very long with packed gravel and pretty level. The wifi was down because of the storms, so I cant comment on it. Everything was very clean and well kept. We camped at Camp Mi Casa on the Route RV Park in a Motorhome.

Alum Creek State Park, Delaware, Ohio
Date of Stay:

$40.00
Overall Rating:
This State campground is quite nice. Our site was a FHU on the E road. No WIFI. The site was paved, level and roomy with a picnic table and fire ring. The showers were clean and had plenty of hot water with a bench in the dressing area of each shower. No shelf in the shower itself. Nice walking paths for walking your dogs. We would stay here again. We camped at Alum Creek State Park in a Motorhome.
