Edgewater Resort & RV Park, Kelseyville, California

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

This was to have been a nice relaxing stay of 11 nights,in a lake view site, booked well in advance. After a very twisty drive from the I5, we arrive to a campsite that is old and tired, not a resort! Sites are all dirt, not level and very dusty, no grass as shown on the website photos. The photos must be from years ago. It would have been a huge challenge to maneuver our 35' RV into the site we reserved, leaving little to no room for our 3 slides, there were no other sites that we would have remotely reconsidered. We had to forfeit our deposit of $270.00 USD ($353.00 CDN) as the owner was not prepared to refund any part of our deposit! Overall the park was a huge disappointment and dealing with the management was even worse! Some attempt to negotiate a partial refund would have gone a long way toward not sending in this review! We would never recommend this park. We camped at Edgewater Resort & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Bend / Sisters Garden RV Resort, Sisters, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $56.00
Overall Rating:

What a beautiful park, when they say "garden rv resort" they are right! The grounds are lovely, clean, organized and offer lots of grass areas. We stayed 3 nights enroute to Northern California, we wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were all exceptionally friendly. Great dog walking trail around the park. Everything is paved, nice for cycling. We camped at Bend / Sisters Garden RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Sisters is a must, lots of galleries. Downtown Bend is also worth the trip. The view of the three Sisters is amazing! We will come back!
