Mill Creek RV Resort, Kissimmee, Florida

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

Park staff extremely friendly and helpful. Didn't have a picnic table in the site we chose. Asked park staff if I could move a table from across the road. Was told no, we'll move it for you. Sewage treatment plant was behind a solid fence behind our rig but not a big deal. Lots of noise coming from the plant but has the a/c on the whole time. Could be a problem if cool weather. Lots of seasonal occupied sites. It's also a mobile home park. Not the best neighborhood but had no problems. Their was not a security gate. Roads were paved but very very narrow. 24' travel trailer and had to unhitch and move as I was blocking road. Parked next to rig. Concrete pad for patio outside of the camper. No fires allowed. We camped at Mill Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

The Pines Camping Area, Salisbury, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Upon checking in, I found the person working not at all friendly. Had my dog and told them, rabies information was not requested. Had security gate and had to leave a $20 cash deposit for the gate card which was returned when I left. Found my back in site on my own. Found the roads to be dirt and very dusty. No gravel in the entire park. Spacious site, 30 feet to next site on one side, other campers right up against us on the other. Strong breeze coming off the bay about the entire time I was there. Too bad it was blowing the campfire smoke into the camper continuously. Nice pool, didn't go in. Close to Hampton Beach/boardwalk. Used dump station and found it satisfactory. Camp store had very limited supplies. Outside firewood is not allowed, but I brought my own anyway without any problem. (Admin note: state law has certain restrictions on transporting firewood) Enjoyed our stay. We camped at The Pines Camping Area in a Travel Trailer.
