Sanger / Denton North KOA, Sanger, Texas

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $13.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for a month. There were some old rigs even though the rules for monthly residents state no rigs over 10 years of age are allowed. The sites with those rigs were full of junk. One rig was even towed in and parked. Many residents did not pick up after their dogs. The trash can in the dog park was overflowing. Workers were rarely seen. The area for the short-term campers is much nicer than for the long-term campers. Overall, it is not a bad park especially for the price, but it could use some clean up. We camped at Sanger / Denton North KOA in a Motorhome.

Flory's Cottages & Camping, Ronks, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

The park is very small, but nice and clean. The sites are hard to get into because they are not angled. We had to move our vehicle several times so that it was not hit by other RVers backing into their sites. The owners are very nice and came by many times to make sure we were happy. The owners dog is not friendly and tried to get at my dogs a few times. A leash would solve the problem. The area around the campground is mainly Amish. It is very peaceful. We camped at Flory's Cottages & Camping in a Motorhome.

Dallas / Arlington KOA, Arlington, Texas

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

The best thing about this campground is the location. There are some long term residents who are very trashy. There is one site that has a washer, dryer, AC window unit among other things in their yard. The place would be a lot nicer if the sites were cleaned up. We camped at Dallas / Arlington KOA in a Motorhome.
