Little Vineyard RV Park & Resort, Deming, New Mexico

Date of Stay: January, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This park is convenient to I-10, has full hook-ups and all pull thrus. Sites are long enough that you do not need to disconnect your tow. Nothing fancy but it is clean. Laundry room was immaculate. Did not find the front desk person extremely friendly. We arrived early and her comment was well I'm not sure where I can put you. This seemed odd since only about 1/4 of the sites where in use. Compared to the other parks next to this one, this park looks to be the best. Next time though we will try one of the state parks near by. We camped at Little Vineyard RV Park & Resort in a Motorhome.

McKinney Falls State Park, Austin, Texas

Date of Stay: January, 2017 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Rate reflects the campground cost of $24 plus the park cost of $6 per person per day. Texas parks charge the park entry fee in addition to the campground fee. This is a quiet park with easy access to Austin. For big rigs most all the spaces will accommodate you, however keep and eye on low trees. Spots are nicely separated with tables and fire rings. Although there is gravel on the site, leveling is a little challenging. We opted to be "nose down" slightly so we didn't have such a high step into our rig. There are pull thru and back in sites. Lots of trails to hike as well. No Wifi but good cell service. We camped at McKinney Falls State Park in a Motorhome.

Blue Bluff Recreation COE, Aberdeen, Mississippi

Date of Stay: December, 2016 - $11.00
Overall Rating:

We have visited several of the COE parks along the Tom Bigby Waterway. They all, like this one, are quiet and have a nice view of the water. At Blue Bluff there are concrete pads with picnic tables, water and electrical hook ups. The road is narrow coming in and larger rigs need to choose your site wisely for back-in. We have a 40 Motorhome and had room to back in and park the car. Love these COE parks. We camped at Blue Bluff Recreation COE in a Motorhome.
