Oleander Acres, Mission, Texas

Date of Stay: March, 2017 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

I called about a reservation and a friendly voice answered the phone and helped with all my questions. I pulled into the park saw a huge cactus garden with cactus taller than some trees. Staff from the office showed me to my lot. The site was shady and it was easy to get in to. I had to do laundry when I arrived. The laundromat was clean and well kept. As were the bathrooms and showers. It was an all around pleasant stay. Can't wait to get back here and camp here again. Loved this place We camped at Oleander Acres in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

This park is close to so much gorgeous nature. Not only is there an amazing butterfly garden in this park, it is close to the Bentsen State park and world birding center (3.3 miles away), the National Butterfly Center (3 miles away), the Mission Hike and Bike Park with wonderful biking and walking trails (1 miles), and Anzalduas park with a boating ramp and great fishing (2.9 miles). There is a Wallgreens and two 24 hours Stores a mile up the road.
