Linville Falls Trailer Lodge & Campground, Linville Falls, North Carolina

Date of Stay: May, 2017 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This was a larger park, with sections for tent camping and larger trailers. Campground has a large recreation area with corn hole, horses, etc. Sites can be a bit tight. We had to have our neighbors move their vehicles so we could back in. Likewise we had to move our vehicle so others could back out. Sites were large enough for the Trailers, but limited spaces for cars. Hookups were in the middle of the site which was nice. Sites had a privacy fence around the fire pit and charcoal grill which was nice, although tight parking had the neighbors car backed up next to the grill. We camped at Linville Falls Trailer Lodge & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Mountain Stream RV Park, Marion, North Carolina

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $53.00
Overall Rating:

The grounds were very well kept up. Campground is smaller and most sites are along the stream. We stayed at the Prime Stream Super site which was very easy to back into and had a picnic table overlooking the water. Lots of trees with good spacing for a hammock. Dogs must be kept off the grass, but they do supply a dog area which was nice. Make sure you have a long water hose since hookup is at the back of the site. Will definitely visit again. We camped at Mountain Stream RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Make sure to have a long water hose, and a shorter leash for the dog since pets aren't allowed on the grass nearby the campsite.
