Tropical Palms Resort, Kissimmee, Florida

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $63.00
Overall Rating:

We LOVE Tropical Palms! It's 'behind' Old Town, and quite large. There are all sorts of camp sites there, but our choice is the premium pull-thru site. You can bike all around the park, or to Old Town, or walk and get all your exercise that way! The restrooms are clean, although a bit older, but clean. The staff is wonderful, very pleasant and over the top helpful! Plus, it's super dog friendly, which makes our lives even better. We camped at Tropical Palms Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Hilton Head Harbor RV Resort & Marina, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $64.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed for RBC Heritage week, 3rd year here, and loved it! Only 'complaint', if you can call it that, is that people don't always leave when they originally plan to, which means not all sites are available to choose from upon arrival. Ultimately, it's a great place and we look forward to yearly - if not more often -return! We camped at Hilton Head Harbor RV Resort & Marina in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

It's at the north end of the island, and the toll road to the south end is quick, but you miss the little shops along the way if you take the toll road. The island is beautiful!
