Hwy 71 RV Park, Cedar Creek, Texas

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

The girl that checked us in was rude, did not initially give us our Good Sams discount, the only code we were given was the gate code, the gate was open all day. We were in a pull thru spot which was nowhere close to being level. The sites that were occupied were cluttered and trashy looking. The grass had not been cut in a very long time. No picnic table or bbq grill. We were close to the Highway so there was road noise. I did not even dare to see what the showers, bathroom and pool looked like based on the appearance of the rest of the park. My recommendation to travelers is to keep on driving. The price is not indicative of the service or amenities in this park. We camped at Hwy 71 RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sky Mountain Resort RV Park, Chama, New Mexico

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This stop was the last leg of a long trip before we go home. We were pleasantly surprised. A very relaxing experience. We could fish the river just by walking a few feet from our motorhome. A number of lakes in the area. A narrow gauge train travels through the beautiful mountain scenery. This park is the perfect home base to see the area. Owners and staff great. We camped at Sky Mountain Resort RV Park in a Motorhome.
