Seven Points Campground COE, Hermitage, Tennessee

Date of Stay: July, 2019 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

I'm not one to complain about campgrounds or the sites but the "new" strictly enforced 3pm check-in time is completely ridiculous! They say the reason is so they can clean the campsites for the next guest. Obviously, that is not the case because our campsite was extremely nasty! I've attached a couple of pictures to show how "clean" it was! We love this campground but will no longer stay here due to the ridiculous check- in policy!!! We camped at Seven Points Campground COE in a Fifth Wheel.

Standing Stone State Park, Hilham, Tennessee

Date of Stay: March, 2018 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

By far the worse state park in Tennessee. The roads are too narrow to navigate. Sites are un-level and badly sloped. Absolutely no television service or dish network satellite service. BUT, the number one reason this park is so bad is because of the park ranger, he is a bully on a power trip (the park ranger the night of 3/24, the rest of them were very nice). I would suggest finding another place to camp unless you like being pushed around by a man with a chip on his shoulder!! We camped at Standing Stone State Park in a Fifth Wheel.
