Geneva State Park, Geneva, Ohio

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Lovely park. We stayed here and drove to Cleveland to visit the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame. Big parking area at entrance made an easy place to drop tow vehicle. Wonderfully level sites with several being newly paved and upgraded to full hook-ups while we were there. Nicer spacing in the 38-93 loop. We camped at Geneva State Park in a Motorhome.

General Butler State Resort Park, Carrollton, Kentucky

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

We are in a 40' motorhome and, with our tow vehicle dropped, we could not make the turns at the ends of the loops without some back and forth. Water hook-ups are a bit far from the pad but provided excellent water pressure and nice tasting water. No cap on our sewer hook-up. Several sites that would work, but many sites too short and unlevel. Roads and site surfaces in good condition, large parking lots near park entrance were an easy place to drop our tow vehicle. We camped at General Butler State Resort Park in a Motorhome.

St. Louis West / Historic Route 66 KOA, Eureka, Missouri

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed in site A39. It was just long enough not to unhook our tow vehicle. The park was clean and well organized, check in and reservations were efficient. Like most commercial parks, sites are very close, but adequate for slide-outs. We were not bothered by road or train noise. Definitely an older park with tighter turns and narrow roads, but well maintained. We camped at St. Louis West / Historic Route 66 KOA in a Motorhome.
