Scott's Cove Camping Area, Alfred, Maine

Scott's Cove is a small "rustic" campground with about 50 sites, mostly seasonal. We love it because it is very quiet during the week and most weekends. The small beach is great for swimming and dock space is available on request. This may not be the best campground for small children, but it does have a pirate ship playground and a grassy field to play in. The campground is centrally located between the Me Coast and the White mountains of NH. We camped at Scott's Cove Camping Area in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a grocery store 10 min north on rt 4 and a Walmart in Sanford (south). There are several rail trails in the area so bring your bikes and check them out.
