Tiny Town OK, Broken Bow, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This park is located just across the entrance to Beavers Bend Park. Primarily built for cabins, the RV park area is an add on and does not receive the level of attention as the cabins. The site surface areas are gravel. We arrived on a day when heavy rain had passed through and the grounds were muddy with large puddles which made hooking up a messy job. There is no grass. The grounds are covered with weeds that had not been mowed in quite some time. Most spaces are pull through and are close together. The RV Park Reviews site listing shows that cell service is available for all carriers, however a signal from T-Mobile is non-existent. Feedback from others at the site is that the cell coverage is very poor and spotty for all carriers. There is no cable TV and I was unable to get any OTA stations except for very early in the morning, and those did not include the major networks. Wifi was decent but dropped frequently, likely because of too much traffic on the network. There are no laundry facilities. This is a pretty area to visit but will most likely find another park if we return. We camped at Tiny Town OK in a Travel Trailer.

Wichita Falls RV Park, Wichita Falls, Texas

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Nightly rate reflects Good Sam discount and is a bit on the high side. Park is a couple of miles from freeways and in a quiet location. Internet is very good and Tmobile signal is excellent. Pull throughs are gravel. They are long and can accommodate the largest of rigs with room left over to park a car. There is a nice park and area to walk the dog. Would not hesitate to stay again. We camped at Wichita Falls RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
