Gilgal Oasis RV Park, Sequim, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This is probably one of the quietest RV parks we've ever stayed at! It was super clean and the staff was extremely friendly. It is a small park so if you have a 40' or larger rig best to make sure you let them know and they'll put you on the outside ring where it is easier to get in and out. There are smaller type trees or bushes between each site...I think we had a lovely smaller tree on one side and definitely a lilac bush on the other. Parking was available for the tow vehicle right in front of the coach. We camped at Gilgal Oasis RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There is outstanding shopping just walking the main streets of Sequim! We visited the Dungeness Spit which is gorgeous at any time of the day, even in the rain. From the RV park it is easy to navigate to the Olympic bike/hike trail - we did 10 mile bike rides every day!!

Little Creek Casino and Resort, Shelton, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Nice little park adjacent to the casino. Very clean casino! They had gambling in smoking and NON-smoking areas!! Appreciate the non-smoking areas inside the casino!! And we ate at one of the restaurants and food was very good! Our site was a pull through and barely long enough for our 40' motorhome. No room for tow vehicle so had to park in casino parking lot. We camped at Little Creek Casino and Resort in a Motorhome.

North Spokane RV Campground, Spokane, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $70.00
Overall Rating:

First and foremost this is one of the cleanest RV parks we've been to and we've been around the U.S. a couple of times. The staff is very friendly and every time I saw or spoke to them they were busy cleaning...no wonder it's so clean. As others have commented, there is some paperwork, but it really wasn't that big of a deal. They have rules and I appreciate that they communicate those rules to everyone. Some people think rules don't apply to them and we've all been in parks where that happens. The cost is higher than most parks, but it seems to be the wave of the future. Didn't seem to notice the road noise although it is located on Hwy 2. Laundry room was, like everything else, very clean! Close to Costco. We camped at North Spokane RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Sandy Riverfront RV Resort, Troutdale, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $46.00
Overall Rating:

A very quiet and clean RV park right along the Sandy River. Staff super friendly! Agree with other reviewers that the sites can be somewhat close depending on what type of rig is parked next to you, but we've been in parks with much tighter sites than these so it wasn't a problem. The sites are cement with plenty of room for our tow vehicle and our 40' coach. We had a pull through site and it was easy to navigate. Follow the park signs on I-84...take Exit 17 especially if you have a larger rig. We camped at Sandy Riverfront RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Within easy distance to visit Mt. Hood which was very quiet summer being over and too early for ski season. This time of year (early Fall) the apples and pears were dripping off the trees so stop at some of the fruit stands along the way and enjoy!
