Metamora-Hadley State Recreation Area, Metamora, Michigan

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

The sites are all grass and some mud. It is very hard to find a level site. The bathrooms are well worn. We would not return. We camped at Metamora-Hadley State Recreation Area in a Motorhome.

Basswood Resort, Platte City, Missouri

Date of Stay: March, 2018 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

The sites are gravel and mainly level. It is far away from any highway. Actually far away from anything. It Is very overpriced. At this time of the year there are no amenities but there isn't a reduction in price. We won't be back. Wi-Fi is not secure. Sites are not particularly large. We camped at Basswood Resort in a Motorhome.

Iron Mountain Recreation Area COE, Arkadelphia, Arkansas

Date of Stay: March, 2018 - $7.00
Overall Rating:

Wow! Beautiful park. We camped in site 49, out on a point with the water all around us below. I would rate it higher but most sites need leveling. We were the only people on this section so we had our choice of sites. Table, fire ring, barbecue grill, beauty. Clean, warm bathroom. Nice showers. A real bargain. We camped at Iron Mountain Recreation Area COE in a Motorhome.

Heart of Haynesville RV Park, Grand Cane, Louisiana

Date of Stay: March, 2018 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is about 7 miles off I49 in the middle of nowhere. Gravel roads and sites. No pull thrus. Portapotty for a bathroom. No shower that we could find. Laundry room with 6 washers and dryers, $1.50 each. No management on site. 3 bars on the Wi-Fi. Pretty minimal. No table, no fire ring. Interior road very bumpy, lots of potholes. We camped at Heart of Haynesville RV Park in a Motorhome.
