Wagon Master RV Park, Sanger, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This park was clean and well maintained; however our checking in process was a bungled mess. We made on-line reservations and had a slot number which was 70. When my husband checked in at the office, he was told to go to slot 63. We went to that slot only to find the water connection full of muddy water making that connection unusable. My husband called the manager 4 times on his cell phone trying to let them know the condition of the pad site. He was hung up on 4 times and finally received a text telling him to go to slot 70, our original slot. So confusing!! The manager did, however drive to our site and apologized but we could not understand why they didn't just send us to our reserved site number in the first place. Would not stay here again unless it was absolutely necessary. The roads leading into the pad sites were narrow making it hard to turn into the actual site. The roads/sites were gravel. The park is quiet, a point in their favor and it was easy to find from the highway. We probably wouldn't stay in this park again unless absolutely necessary. We camped at Wagon Master RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Sanger is small and there's not much to do or see. Just a stopping point after a long day on the road. No Wal-Mart in town and no recognizable grocery chains.

Twin Fountains RV Park, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: March, 2018 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

Twin Fountains is a very pretty RV park, just off I-44. It has a lot of great amenities for travelers. The streets within the park are smooth and the pad sites are all paved with trees at each site. There's a nice fire ring and patio/picnic table. The hook-ups were good as well. The only ding is the Interstate noise because it is so close by. We plan to stay at this park again. I highly recommend it. We camped at Twin Fountains RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
