Twin Creek RV Resort, Gatlinburg, Tennessee

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

This campground is on the edge of town yet very convenient. The grounds are beautiful and full of mature trees and other plantings. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very courteous. We enjoyed our stay here and we will be back again. We camped at Twin Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Two Rivers Campground, Nashville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

We camped here in a 40 ft motor home and were disappointed with the accommodations. The lots are small and narrow. Tight fit to navigate large RVs into the back-in spots. No cable. Also, there is a tour bus parking lot next to the campground that has buses continually backing in and out "beeping" the entire time - day and night. It is annoying. The KOA Nashville is a much better facility for the money. We camped at Two Rivers Campground in a Motorhome.

Nashville KOA, Nashville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $72.00
Overall Rating:

This is a beautiful park in the middle of a suburban area. Large tress and well maintained lots. We stopped here for one night on the way to Gatlinberg, TN and were pleasantly surprised at this campground. On the return trip we had already made reservations for Two Rivers Campground in Nashville and wished we had made them for KOA Nashville instead. We camped at Nashville KOA in a Motorhome.

New Orleans KOA, River Ridge, Louisiana

Date of Stay: May, 2008 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

The KOA staff were very friendly and helpful. The park itself was difficult to find and the area looked run down. Patio furniture was provided with an outdoor fireplace. The laundry room was exceptionally clean and very nice. Their is a KOA bus to take you to the French Quarters. Overall, it was a good experience. We camped at New Orleans KOA in a Motorhome.

Panama City Beach RV Resort, Panama City Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: May, 2008 - $79.00
Overall Rating:

The campground was neat and clean. I was very surprised there were not picnic tables or tables with chairs on the site. We had to purchase a fold up table at the local Wal-Mart. The beach access is further than we expected. Andrews State Park was our favorite beach area. It is just down the road from the RV park. The staff was very friendly. I noticed people with rates of $59, which upset me as well (we received the incorrect receipt). Also, when new campers came in, they put them right next to current campers even when the rest of the park was empty. I would have appreciated more room. Overall, the RV park is very nice. We camped at Panama City Beach RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Fireside Resort at Buffalo Valley , Moran, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2007 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

This RV park is one of the worst we have stayed in. We have a large RV (40+) and the roads as well as the access to the sites are horrible. The roads are dirt and very rough. The site we had was a back-in site and we barely fit. My husband was so upset with the facility that we left earlier than planned. The sewer hookups were all above ground and looked like they were in disrepair. There seems to be many full-time resident RVs in the park. I would not recommend this park. We camped at Fireside Resort at Buffalo Valley in a Motorhome.
