Columbia Sun RV Resort, Kennewick, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

One of the best parks that I have ever been to! No complaints. Great office people. Clean LARGE sites with a patio, table and swinging bench. Hookups are modern pedestal like you would see in a marina. Good water pressure and a nice cable hook up. Easy to reach sewer too. We stayed at several parks in Washington and Oregon and this is with out a doubt the nicest place. Well tended lawns clean pool area and a store with the camp basics and gifts. Big roads easy turns close to the highway. Great RV park I can see why its rated 10-10-10 I will return. All other park owners should use this place as a standard. This is a great RV Park. We camped at Columbia Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Pioneer Trails RV Park, Anacortes, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed here several times over the years. This was a nice friendly place years ago but they have sold to new owners. This is a trailer village now, most of the park is filled with full time residents. There used to be a gate security person watching the front gate when the office was closed, not any more. I asked in the office about the cable tv and was told that they do not have it any more because the cable company changed to digital. I went ahead and hooked up and had 75 or so channels? Why lie and say it does not work? The new office people were rude and short on personality. The office used to be a local hangout with several locals visiting and drinking coffee. The overall feeling to me is this is now a trailer park not a rv park for travelers. We camped at Pioneer Trails RV Park in a Motorhome.

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort, Missoula, Montana

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $54.00
Overall Rating:

This place was probably nice at some point? Bring a spool of cable if you want to use the TV. The sewer and water are 25 feet apart so bring several extra sewer connection hoses too. The pull thru sites were not close to being level. The grass is burnt brown. Just for fun we tried the mini golf. The mini golf was probably nice when it was new too. This is a tired old park that has some potential but it needs to be rebuilt to modern standards. There is a very nice park close by however you need advance reservations to get a spot. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Motorhome.

Goulding's Lodge & Campground, Oljato-Monument Valley, Utah

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

On a busy road leading to reservation housing, non-stop local traffic of rundown trucks hauling water, slowing for speed bump directly in front of campground. Make sure that you're not put on the front facing the road.

LOTS of nice sites with a view further back in the park. Unfriendly office check-in people. We camped at Goulding's Lodge & Campground in a Motorhome.
