This park has 1296 lots with about 260 of those are rv lots. The park owns 3 lots and are rented by the park office. Two are for long term rentals and one that is short term rental. All of the rest are rented by the owners or owners real estate agents. Country roads has a facebook site that is named Country Roads Buy, sell, rent and trade. It can be searched from any phone or computer/ tablet. That will show several lots for rent. This park has been voted as the the number one park in Yuma for several years in a row. All features of the park are open to everyone, renter or owner. No one is left out. Also available to anyone who wants to get involved, Pottery, Lapidary, 12 table billiard room, huge wood shop. The park as 5 swimming pools and 4 hot tubs. Country Roads has the largest private ballroom in Az. It has several events every week. From Tuesday Bingo, Music and dancing besides all the monthly events like Spaghetti feed, Fish fry. There is a cafe that is open for breakfast and lunch. All lots are at least 40' x 60' and are all backin style and full hookup with 50 amp. We camped at Country Roads RV Village in a Motorhome.
All major stores are in Yuma. The Palms mall has all the store names you would know plus a large movie theater. More restaurants than you can imagine are here as well. Three Walmarts, Sam's Club, Home Depot, Lowes and much more. Yuma Proving Grounds are about 20 miles away. They have a very interesting museum there. A lot of the new military equipment is tested there and has been since WWII.

This is a park that, if you have a big rig, I would look elsewhere. The park is very well kept but the site we had was so uneven that the site had blocks and 2 x 6's that stays on the site because they know that you will need them. We had 6" of blocks on the Right and 8" on the left. People in the office are friendly. Basically the park is 50 years old and built for 25' long trailers. You are so shoehorned in that your car has to be in the bushes so you can get out of your car. We will look elsewhere the next time we are up this way. 50 amp worked just fine but, as usual, if you use the park cable it is old SD and poor on the HD TVs. We camped at Maple Grove RV Resort in a Motorhome.
We went to a Baseball game and Boeing tour.

Very nice park but too expensive for what is here. It is about 30% too expensive. We have stayed at a lot of KOAs and this is a nice park. quiet at night and away from the freeway. Showers and restrooms are very nice. We camped at Salt Lake City KOA in a Motorhome.
Went to Antelope Island State Park. Saw Buffalo, Pronghorn, Mule Deer. 30 miles north.
