Camp Jason RV Resort, Coldspring, Texas

Date of Stay: November, 2018 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

From the warm welcome we received at check-in we knew we would love Camp Jason. The manager and owners are so accommodating and take such great care of their guests and property, we ended up extending our stay to 6 weeks. Long, level concrete pads, easy to navigate with all the trees trimmed high, sparkling clean well priced laundry facilities and the nicest showers we've ever seen in a park. Super FAST WiFi too! There is a security gate and guests are given remotes for the gate. Very peaceful, small park but only a few minutes from Lake Livingston. This will be our go-to RV park whenever we return to the area. We camped at Camp Jason RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Sundance High Plains RV Park, Lamar, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We love Sundance High Plains. There isn't enough space here for me to say how fantastic the owners are! But if they see this, you guys ROCK! Thank you for making a pretty rough week so much better. Although spaces are gravel, ours was level and plenty big enough, with high plains views for miles. No, there isn't lush green grass. It's a high desert environment and it just isn't practical. The laundry and shower rooms were clean and tidy. Quiet and convenient, a perfect place to stop if you're passing through Lamar, CO. We camped at Sundance High Plains RV Park in a Motorhome.

Homewood RV Park, Homewood, Kansas

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

A perfect stop-over location on our way south, this small park is conveniently close to I-35 but wasn't too noisy due to the many surrounding trees. Our gravel site wasn't level, but we were able to get level. Plenty of space between sites and grounds were spotless. Super friendly check-in with a fresh bag of popcorn! We camped at Homewood RV Park in a Motorhome.

Oak Lake Family Campground, Fair Oaks, Indiana

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

The pros- This is a nice park for family tent camping weekends or overnight stays with quick access from Interstate 65. Lake with toys and a little beach and playground for kids. Lots of trees, very shady and quiet during the week. The cons- Sites are sand, hard to level. Park website states they have WiFi. It's true, but only in the camp office/store. No WiFi provided to the park. Park office/store hours were unpredictable. Went at 10:00am and 5:30pm on weekdays to find it closed. Laundry room was very dirty and didn't appear to have been swept or mopped in ages. Trees along roads need to be trimmed for safe big rig access. We camped at Oak Lake Family Campground in a Motorhome.

Rayford Crossing RV Resort, Spring, Texas

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $56.00
Overall Rating:

Gem of a park, hidden away from the city traffic and noise. Our stay was fantastic right from check-in where the park's GM was so friendly and helpful. The grounds are immaculately clean, spaces have a little "elbow room" and there are plenty of amenities for all ages. Will definitely be back. We camped at Rayford Crossing RV Resort in a Motorhome.
