Heritage RV Park, Augusta, Georgia

Date of Stay: June, 2019 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This campground is a very clean and professionally run. The sites are spacious and the interior roads are easy to navigate. Highly recommend this campground for your stay in Augusta Ga. We have stayed here at least four times and each stay has been relaxing and enjoyable. The grounds are very well maintained and they are adding more sites at this time. The only draw back is if you want to stay here during the Masters make reservations early and the price goes up. Numerous stores and restaurants near buy as well as gas stations. We camped at Heritage RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Pine Acres Campground, Aiken, South Carolina

Date of Stay: June, 2019 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This campground is basically all permanent residents and rules are not enforced. There is stuff everywhere and looks like a city dump. The roads are very narrow and the guests park where ever they like. The resident manager lives on site and never saw him other than driving in or out of park. The sites are very close that you can't even extend your awnings. To hook up the water you have to be on your knees as well as the electric. There is also a lot of road noise. Only reason we stayed was there are not other better campgrounds in Aiken. We were here to help our daughter move. We have a 40ft fifth wheel and are in a pull thru site. The site is not level as the front of the site goes down a slope. Don't waste your money on this one. We camped at Pine Acres Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Southern Trails Resort, Unadilla, Georgia

Date of Stay: June, 2019 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

The road noise is horrible. Trucks running up and down I-75 all night. Not sure why everybody thinks so highly of the campground but I for one will not be back. The gnats were horrible as there is a horse pasture in back of the campground. There is very little to no shade. We camped at Southern Trails Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Brunswick Family Campground, Brunswick, Maryland

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $59.00
Overall Rating:

We made reservations for a campground called Brunswick Family campground. It is located in Brunswick Md an we paid $59.00 for a premium site(well they call it premium) I call it full hook up because we have sewer(we can't use because I don't have 50ft of sewer hose). No cable,no wi-fi, and no over the air channels. To get to the campground you first have to go through the town that has a very narrow two lane road and the town allows parking on the street. Then you have to make a 90 degree right turn in the middle of town,go through the train station and the parking lot for the train station across 8 railroad tracks to the road and then you turn left on a dirt road and go about a mile past the towns water treatment plant. The road has pot holes large enough to have a class a lost in it. You come to the campgroudnd that looks like a cow pasture with water and electric. The sites are gravel and not level at all. The cancellation policy is “too bad” no matter when you cancel but you can stay some other time this year if you can't make it on the day you chose. In all honesty this place needs to be closed down. If I had to rate this I would give it a negative 4 stars I would go negative 5 but the Potomoc River is in the back of the campground. The campground did flood on June 4th and they are trying to clean it up but I the think they should have called the guests and offered to refund the money since it was sonbadly flooded. Oh well it is part of the adventure and live and learn. I guess I better pay more attention to the reviews We camped at Brunswick Family Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
