Crossville / I-40 KOA , Crossville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

Clean, quite well kept campground. Friendly and helpful staff. Water pressure very high. Recommend using something to reduce pressure. Pressure blew my PRV on my water heater. Quite the noise. My fault for not using reducer, was in a hurry. Site was large enough we didn't have to drop the toad, 40 ft motorhome with tow. Definitely would stay here again. We camped at Crossville / I-40 KOA in a Motorhome.

Hatteras Sands Resort, Hatteras, North Carolina

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here in prep for taking the Ferry. Can you say "tight"? Our 40ft motorhome bareley fit on the site. Had to move heavy picnic table to get on site. All sites had table on the pad, protecting sites from something. Tent campers and motorhomes mixed together. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Probably would stay here again as most of the campgrounds on Cape Hatteras seem to be tight. We camped at Hatteras Sands Resort in a Motorhome.

North River Campground, Shawboro, North Carolina

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

A hidden GEM. A little out of the way but quite, large sites, well maintained, and gated. Easy hook ups with cable. WiFi throughout the park and very strong. Private fishing lake on campground, no license needed. I have played on golf courses that were not as groomed as this place. We will definitely be back. We camped at North River Campground in a Motorhome.
