The park was the third or forth that we visited to make our "Summer Home." We like to fish and boat, and this was the most convenient to Manasquan and other fishing areas. The grounds are kept clean. The owner is always available. There are activities on the weekends. Overall very happy with the location, so much we are staying again next season. If you like to fish and boat this is the place for you!!! Keep your boat at the storage lot, and tow it wherever you feel like fishing. We camped at Cedar Creek Campground in a Travel Trailer.
Manasquan is a short ride to trailer it to any of the ramps (25 min). If you want to crab in the bay, drop in at Trixies, it's 2 miles away (straight across from the campground) you can cruise to the Barnegat Inlet (lighthouse) in 20 min by boat. It will cost you $10 to launch BUT even better $70 for the season!! They have bait, tackle, ice and gas!!!
