Gila Bend KOA, Gila Bend, Arizona

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Best KOA yet and by far the cleanest washrooms we have seen in any park. Spacious level sites, desert park so very little shade. Well laid out with convenient access to facilities. We camped at Gila Bend KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Far Horizons 49er Village RV Resort, Plymouth, California

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Stopped over for a few days visiting friends in the area. Very quiet, wide spacious sites with some shade. We stayed after Labor Day mid week, but can see where this could be a busy, family friendly park. All-in-all very satisfied. We camped at Far Horizons 49er Village RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Susanville RV Park, Susanville, California

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We had tire problems and pulled into this RV park. Without a doubt, one of the surliest and rude office help we have experieced. We were apparently inconveniencing her. All she did was complain about how busy she was and how we should have had a reservation. She didn't want to hear that we had troubles on the road and that we could not have foretold that we would need a stop over in Susanville. She told us that she didn't know why people stopped in "Snoozeanville" as there was nothing to do there. Our site was cracked with uneven concrete slab and leaking hose bib. Toilets hadn't been cleaned in some time and the shower was moldy. It could be a really nice park. We camped at Susanville RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
