Mt Hood Village RV Resort, Welches, Oregon

Date of Stay: October, 2018 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

This park was very busy for staying in the middle of the week. A bit nosier then we expected. The spots are not very level, but not horrible. We have stayed at other "Thousand Trails" park and this was a very nice compared to the others. The spots are larger and seemed to be better planned out in the park. The employee were very nice and welcoming. The person at the check in did say that the park was going to get some upgrades but the process is very slow. The showers are on the scary side; inside the restrooms, which did not have a working lock, no lock on the shower doors, shower heads are very old. It bothered my husband so much he stood outside and waiting for me. We camped at Mt Hood Village RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Redwood Meadows RV Resort (formerly Hiouchi RV Resort), Crescent City, California

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice park, trees, grass, a small pond, several spots that have shade. The highway is right out front, but the road noise wasn't bad. We camped at Redwood Meadows RV Resort (formerly Hiouchi RV Resort) in a Fifth Wheel.

Oceanside Beachfront RV Resort, Coos Bay, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

This park definitely caterers to people that like to party. The operators of the park had no problems with loud music, kids and dogs running in the park, parties that last until midnight. The party was at least 10 spots away and we could clearly here what song was playing. RV sites very close to each other. The only shrubbery is on the perimeter of the park, it helps block the wind but also blocks the view of the ocean. There are nice parks for a better price not that far away. We camped at Oceanside Beachfront RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
