Falls Lake SRA / Holly Point Campground, Wake Forest, North Carolina

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

This is a State Park local to us between Durham and Wake Forest. Offers multiple swim beaches, with boat ramps if you are so inclined. The last weekend we spent was very quiet, with plenty of privacy from neighboring sites. I think site 92 where we stayed is listed as 105 feet, felt like I was backing up forever. Not all are that big but there are definitely big rig friendly sites. 30 amps and water, with a dump station towards the entrance. Some of the sites do have a little bit of a grade to them, either down or up when you are backing in, so be prepared for that. We camped at Falls Lake SRA / Holly Point Campground in a Travel Trailer.
