Canyon Springs RV Resort, Caldwell, Idaho

Date of Stay: May, 2019 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

"RESORT", must be a very open term. We've been to other "RESORTS" and this to our mind was not. No pool/hot tub, altho theres a small swimming are in a man made lake behind the office. catch and release lake. The bathrooms are Closed 10pm to 8 am, We were told due to a problem with break-ins and vandals. Most parks use coded locks to prevent this. You are escorted to your site, and offered help setting up. For a park that claims to be the newest in the area. They are already doing renovation/construction on the sites. The pads are all asphalt, pwr/cable/sewer are good hook ups. BUT, they have the farm valve with pressure relief. so when you go to unhook you get wet. We camped at Canyon Springs RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Pheasant Ridge RV Resort, Wilsonville, Oregon

Date of Stay: May, 2019 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

This park is in a good location, south of the Portland Metro. Very easy to find. Concrete level pad, Full Hook ups, small grass area. Pwr/cable in good location, well maintained. No benches. Major drawback!!. We weren't told about the Bathroom renovation going on till after we made our Reservation. They had men/women on 2 hour windows of using the same bathroom/showers the whole 11 days we were there. if they had told us this, we wouldn't have stayed. We weren't the only ones complaining. Also, this time of year the pine trees were spreading pollen with every wind gust. All vehicles got a yellow/green coating. Be aware of the seasons that you visit this park. The laundry, while clean. Was extremely busy most times, we did ours in town. We would stay here again during a different season. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Riverpark RV Resort, Grants Pass, Oregon

Date of Stay: April, 2019 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed at this "Resort" for a week. Big bright yellow sign on 99, so park was easy to find. Picked the wrong time of year to be there tho. the "Elder Bugs" were out in force and all over everything. Sites were somewhat level, ( site A), concrete by the pwr/water was badly cracked. The bathrooms/laundry were upstairs. They are coded/clean. laundry was small and 2 of the washers were broke down. We did ours at a coin laundry in town. Office staff is friendly and helpful. This is a small park, just enough room to get the larger rigs backed in to sites. We camped at Riverpark RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Hidden Valley Ranch, Deming, New Mexico

Date of Stay: March, 2019 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

Remote RV Park, but very beautiful setting, views for miles. Be prepared for afternoon breezy, dusty. Altho the owners go around with a water truck on the roads. We had a pull thru site for our 32ft TT. was level gravel. All hookups were easy to access. It is a 20 min drive to and from town, so plan accordingly. A few critters, cottontails and jacks are all around. The bathrooms and showers were clean, BUT, for the amount of short term guests. Having only one toilet and shower on the mens side is not good. The females had 2 toilets and a shower. Plenty of water pressure and good hot water. We would stay again. We camped at Hidden Valley Ranch in a Travel Trailer.
