The Mill Casino RV Park, North Bend, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here a number of years ago and the park is still the clean nicely groomed park it was back then. We had a back in space which costs less. The hookups are as they should be. The asphalt pad is large enough to park our Jeep with room to spare. The casino is the same; I still lose! The food in the buffet is absolutely awful. Don't bother with that. We would stay here again for a couple of nights. We camped at The Mill Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

Coeur d'Alene Elks Lodge #1254 (Members Only), Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

The volunteer park host directed us right to our spot and answered our questions. The water and electric hookups were as they should be. We parked on grass which was clean and well groomed. There is no onsite dump; however, the nearby county dump is the best I have ever seen. The lodge was well equipped and had a meal almost every evening. The shopping in the area is close and has just about everything. The area is absolutely beautiful. We would certainly return here again. We camped at Coeur d'Alene Elks Lodge #1254 (Members Only) in a Motorhome.

Sunrise Campground, Bozeman, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

This park was just average for us. We were guided to our pretty level gravel site. The full hookups were adequate. The wifi, even though our rig was almost touching the antenna, was almost nonexistent. We thought when we pulled in, oh boy wifi, Not! The rigs are very close together in a very busy park. The noise from the Interstate and the railroad tracks is always there with you. The city of Bozeman is absolutely gorgeous and has every service you would need. We might stay here again. We camped at Sunrise Campground in a Motorhome.

7th Ranch RV Camp, Garryowen, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Immediately when we arrived, we were greeted and served by the nicest work campers in the office. After registering, we were given free ice cream. We were escorted to our pretty level site with a view. Yes, you encounter a dusty road for a short distance getting here; so slow down like the sign says. We had no trouble finding the park. You are guided to the park by a number of signs; you can turn your GPS off. The water and electric site we had was adequate but the voltage can dip as the park fills with everyone using their air conditioners. There is no dump station here for those of us who could not get a sewer site. That is odd! We had nice shade for the afternoon sun. The laundry has two washers/dryers. The wifi did not work in our site. We would stay here again. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Deer Park Campground, Buffalo, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed in this park before some years ago. It seems to be an old KOA park. The park is adequate for a night or two. The hookups in our site were adequate. The sewer hookup is rather misplaced and is a long way from where it should be. We could not get DirecTV through the trees but there is cable TV in the park. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here for a night or two again. We camped at Deer Park Campground in a Motorhome.

Hart Ranch Camping Resort, Rapid City, South Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $6.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for a couple nights as guests of friends who are members and our cost per night reflects that. The park is beautiful and has literally any activity you could ever wish for. The pool is magnificent. It has doggie parks. It has everything, even its own fuel station right in the park. Our utilities were as we expected with no surprises. The only thing which could be viewed as a negative are the excessive amount of very strictly enforced rules. The park is filled with very friendly, very happy people. The park is a very safe place to stay with security patrolling the park constantly. We would stay here again sometime. We camped at Hart Ranch Camping Resort in a Motorhome.

Left Tailrace Campground COE, Fort Thompson, South Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $9.00
Overall Rating:

There has been 50 Amp service added to the park since it was reviewed last. Also, a new state of the art fish cleaning station has recently been added. There is no water on your parking site here so you need to bring in your own water or use a faucet in the park to fill your tank. The parking is fine gravel on asphalt and our site was easy to level up on. This place is all about fishing and some nice walleyes are caught here. We were here for only night so we weren't able to fish. There is a nice dump station to use as you leave. We would definitely return here. We camped at Left Tailrace Campground COE in a Motorhome.

Pihl's Park, Wells, Minnesota

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

This park is a real find. We don't want to leave. This park is not full hookups since there is no sewer hookup. The parking surface is a bit of grass, a bit of gravel and a bit of soil. All of that is just fine since the park is a diamond in the rough. Our big rig came in and parked just fine. Everyone is so friendly. Yes we would stay again and again. We camped at Pihl's Park in a Motorhome.

Sayre City Park Campground, Sayre, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: April, 2016 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

Our pull through site was huge and very level. The water and electric hookups were perfect. A dump station is adequate and is very usable with no problems at all. The whole park which is large has an incredible amount of activities for all ages. We were parked adjacent to the beautiful golf course. This is probably the finest city campground we have ever stayed at and is a credit to the citizens of Sayre, OK. We would definitely return here again. We camped at Sayre City Park Campground in a Motorhome.

Usery Mountain Regional Park, Mesa, Arizona

Date of Stay: April, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is certainly one of the premier parks we stay in all year. We have come here every year since 2001 because we have lots of family in the area. There are lots of activities in the park and many opportunities for hiking and bicycling. Also, there are many geocaches hidden in the park. The sites are well groomed and large. Some may take some careful leveling of your rig. The scenery here is gorgeous. The electricity and water hookups are adequate. Our Verizon cell service was great here. We will be back. We camped at Usery Mountain Regional Park in a Motorhome.

Kofa Ko-Op - Escapees Park (members only), Yuma, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2016 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

This is an Escapees Cooperative park so Escapees RV Club membership is a must. The park is very friendly. The park facilities were excellent. The laundry was inexpensive and clean. We were there at the end of the season so many members were gone or in the process of leaving. There is 75 cent ice cream on Sunday afternoon. The hookups were adequate with free cable TV. The water is very full of minerals so you may not want to wash your rig here as we did; we had white spots all over. Our Verizon signal was good here. It is a bit windy and dusty here. We would use the park again when going to Algadones, MX for dental work. We camped at Kofa Ko-Op - Escapees Park (members only) in a Motorhome.

Stagecoach Trails RV Resort, Julian, California

Date of Stay: March, 2016 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

The park is real nice overall with beautiful facilities for rallies and horse groups who use the parks. Had great places to walk our dog too. The actual RV parking spots were a bit lacking with just the natural surface as the parking surface. the bushes were out of control and others were dead and needed to be removed. The full hookups were adequate. The park wifi was totally nonexistent in the spot we were in and the cell service was not available; all of which could be a good thing if you totally want to get away totally. We did enjoy our time here and would return. We camped at Stagecoach Trails RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Lake Mead RV Village, Boulder City, Nevada

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed in the waterfront area for three days. So many beautiful views of the lake and the mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpfulness. The parking surface was a very level concrete pad. Our spot was perfect to drive straight in and have the gorgeous view right through our motorhome windshield. The full hookups were very well placed and adequate for our use. The WiFi was almost nonexistent so we had to use our Verizon data. We would definitely stay here again although it was a real splurge for us. We camped at Lake Mead RV Village in a Motorhome.

The Riverside Ranch (formerly Riverside Resort & RV Park), Hatch, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

The park has a great view of the mountains, period. The staff was helpful. The road into the park and around the park resemble a Jeep trail we took in the national park. Take it slowly. The hookups were adequate. You may want to use a water pressure regulator. The advertised WiFi was nonexistent from our spot. Park can be dusty. The parking surface is gravel, dirt and weeds. Some spots had a picnic table; ours didn't. We probably would find another park to stay in if coming back into this area. We camped at The Riverside Ranch (formerly Riverside Resort & RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Thomas County Fairgrounds, Colby, Kansas

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

The campground was adequate and quite level. We were parked on dirt that could become mud in a rain. There is no shade at all here. The full hookups were adequate. The water pressure was high so a pressure regulator was used. The 50 amp service was spot on. This is really a nice fairgrounds with nice buildings. The services are really good in the area with many shopping and restaurant choices nearby. We would stay here again. We camped at Thomas County Fairgrounds in a Motorhome.
