On-Ur-Wa RV Park, Onawa, Iowa

Date of Stay: July, 2019 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Great stop off the interstate. Friendly staff. Wifi was good. Walking distance to several restaurants and a gas station. Nothing fancy but a nice stop for the night. Propane also sold here. We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Motorhome.

Prairie Oasis Campground and Cabins, Henderson, Nebraska

Date of Stay: July, 2019 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Great stop right off the interstate. Owners were some of the nicest people we have ever met. We even got homemade cookies at check in! Sites were gravel, very level. Picnic table and fire ring at each site, and sites had plenty of space between and lots of shade. First load of firewood was free! Nice pond with paddle boats and horseshoe area, and place for kids to play, but grass was a little high probably with all the rain. Wifi worked great and cell service was fine. No cable and only a few antenna channels from Lincoln. Newly remodeled showers and restrooms were really great. We would definitely stay there again. We camped at Prairie Oasis Campground and Cabins in a Motorhome.

Hidden Valley Outfitters, Overnight RV Park, Lebanon, Missouri

Date of Stay: June, 2019 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice park next to the Niangua river. The water is cold of course because of Bennett Spring. There is a nice gravel bar you can set up chairs and fish, hang out, swim, etc. The pads are concrete, perfectly level, and have a fire pit with picnic table and lantern hanger. Water pressure was great, maybe even a little high at times. It was a little stretch to get the sewer and electric to the hook up. Spaces are nice and far apart. The drives are gravel. There is no wifi or cable TV hookup here. The worst part for us was there is no shade at all. The afternoon/evenings are brutal in the sun. If the sites were the opposite direction, there would be shade late PM/Evening but then of course the morning would be full sun. Overall we would definitely stay again. We camped at Hidden Valley Outfitters, Overnight RV Park in a Motorhome.

Branson Lakeside RV Park, Branson, Missouri

Date of Stay: May, 2019 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Park staff were very friendly. The park is right on the lake (or large river to some) and it is well kept. Wifi was good and the sites were level. It is easy to get into the park even driving down Branson Landing Blvd, so don't let that scare you. Walking distance to Branson Landing is great because there is so much to do. The free trolley has a stop right in the park. One downside is that there was no hot water with a full park, so shower early evening or late morning on busy weekends. Train tracks are close by and it will be loud, but trains don't come very often and are short. Only heard 2 in 3 days there. We will stay again. We camped at Branson Lakeside RV Park in a Motorhome.
