Blue Heron RV Park, Hornbrook, California

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $53.00
Overall Rating:

A Top 10 RV park to our eyes. Beautiful spot about 6 miles off the Interstate. The pull in sites overlook the Klamath River. Sites are level and utilities are conveniently located. Park is 'manicured' and plenty of room between sites. We have an external antenna on our Verizon mifi and are able to stream video at 144 kbs. In park wifi works - better than most parks which don't work at all. We'll come back, for sure. We camped at Blue Heron RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The road from the interstate is paved, but rough. Take it easy, slow down, it's fine.

Olde Stone Village RV Park, McMinnville, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $53.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful park in McMinnville, OR. We had a very spacious pull through - long and wide. Convenient hookups. WiFi that actually worked! Verizon service was also good. Great playground for the grandbabies. We didn't use the pool because 1 of the babies still in diapers, but it looked sooooo inviting. Beautifully maintained park. We will stay here again! We camped at Olde Stone Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tucannon River RV Park (formerly Tucannon River Retreat), Dayton, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2019 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

How can this be anything other than a '10'. It's remote, bring some DVDs and books. But it's a beautiful setting. Quiet and relaxing. No Verizon, but enough wifi internet to get your email. Clean, safe, spread out. Could stay here more than our 3 day reservation. Well done! Perfectly level. Long pull throughs. We camped at Tucannon River RV Park (formerly Tucannon River Retreat) in a Motorhome.

Devil's Elbow Campground (BLM), Butte, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2019 - $8.00
Overall Rating:

This is a stunning location along the Missouri River about a half hours drive ENE of Helena, MT. Sites are nice size and reasonably level. Camp hosts do a great job and are very helpful. There are no utilities nor a dump station. Verizon data service is spotty in the campground, but seems to be very strong at the day use area, at the south end of the campground. Been here twice, will come again. We camped at Devil's Elbow Campground (BLM) in a Motorhome.
