Musicland Kampground, Branson, Missouri
Date of Stay:
October, 2018 -
$35.00
Overall Rating:
The roads in this park are extremely narrow and winding. A large motorhome will find it very challenging to navigate this park, even for very experienced drivers. The park is well located and fairly priced but we will not stay here again because of the roads. We camped at Musicland Kampground in a Motorhome.

Buffalo KOA , Buffalo, Wyoming
Date of Stay:
September, 2018 -
$48.00
Overall Rating:
Sites are deceptively unlevel. Hookups on the are probably the most poorly placed we have run into in many years of RV park usage. Hookups were at the far front of the sites which required pulling partially into the driveway. Fortunately a cone was provided to mark the rig and the drive was quite wide so no one else was inconvenienced. No cable at these sites (which was stated in advance) but was satellite friendly. There was a concrete patio but it was situated to the far back of the site so most people would not use it. We would probably stay here again but would first check other parks in town. We camped at Buffalo KOA in a Motorhome.

CreekFire Motor Ranch, Savannah, Georgia
Date of Stay:
March, 2018 -
$61.00
Overall Rating:
Very nice park. Sites are well spaced with plenty of room between sites. Pads are relatively narrow but mostly level. Concrete pad was well located for a motorhome and should work for most units. Their so called cable TV was NOT what most of us expect from cable TV. It is on a Direct TV antenna which requires a box the office is glad to rent. This park would have been a 10 if the cable TV hab been satisfactory. Fortunately satellite reception should be good at most sites. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at CreekFire Motor Ranch in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:
Nice park. Long pull thrus. Did not have to unhook from a 44' MH. Quite a bit of mud but then it had been raining every day for several weeks. Should be good if no rain. Easy off and on from US45. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Benchmark RV Park in a Motorhome.

Spring Creek Village RV Park, Plano, Texas
Date of Stay:
May, 2017 -
$40.00
Overall Rating:
Do not arrive after the office closes. Fortunately we didn't as the site we had been assigned in advance was worse than bad. No electricity on a full hook-up site. The water hookup was flooded. Many long-term stays in park. Probably the noisiest park we have ever been in. Pass this park by unless you need to stay close to north Dallas. We camped at Spring Creek Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

The first 100 feet after exiting Hwy 16 was rough. Other than that roads were gravel but good. We would definitely stay there again. We camped at Saskatoon 16 West RV Park in a Motorhome.

Anaheim RV Park, Anaheim, California
Date of Stay:
January, 2015 -
$72.00
Overall Rating:
Don't forget to add "bed tax". just over $10 per night. Very nice park. Lots of room to maneuver even a large rig. Office staff was very helpful and competent. Park was neat and clean. Only downside was no security fence around park in a fairly populated area but that didn't seem to pose a problem as we didn't notice any unsavory characters wandering around. We would most definitely stay here again. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lowry Grove RV Park, Minneapolis, Minnesota
Date of Stay:
October, 2014 -
$38.00
Overall Rating:
Many permanents, which creates noise in the AM when they leave for work. Some units have a bit of junk around them. The park office closes mid-afternoon and after that the manager must be called. He apparently has another full-time job but is very helpful and cooperative. Utilities were good. This is not a destination resort but should serve very well for a day or week or more. This is a very urban setting for a park but it is close to the center of town. We felt quite safe here and would definitely stay here again because of it's central location. We camped at Lowry Grove RV Park in a Motorhome.

The Oasis RV Park at Aztec Hills, Dateland, Arizona
Date of Stay:
August, 2014 -
$25.00
Overall Rating:
Road into park is a little rough and dusty. Take your time and relax. The railroad can be heard but I didn't hear a whistle until we were up in the morning. Do your shopping before you get here as it's a long, long way to a store. This was our third or fourth stay here and we will stop again. We camped at The Oasis RV Park at Aztec Hills in a Motorhome.

Seattle / Tacoma KOA, Kent, Washington
Date of Stay:
August, 2014 -
$58.00
Overall Rating:
Extremely tight roads, sites & turns. Sites extremely short for a so-called modern RV park. A large RV will probably have to back out of their "pull thru" site. Only about a 1/3 of the sites have cable and only 3 or 4 with 50 amp service have it. Greed drives this park as the prices are high, the service is low, and there are tents pitched all over the place including the lawn. If we had to return to Seattle again, we would probably grudgingly end up here as there are few other close-in choices. We camped at Seattle / Tacoma KOA in a Motorhome.

Garden of the Gods Campground, Colorado Springs, Colorado
Date of Stay:
July, 2014 -
$45.00
Overall Rating:
Nice park but.... Sewer connections oddly placed, in many cases closer to the next site than yours, in some cases where they had to be stepped over to reach your rig. Many of the turns in and out of sites and around the park were very tight and were somewhat challenging. If your RV drivers license came from WalMart, DON"T come here. We would stay here again. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Motorhome.

Panama City Beach RV Resort, Panama City Beach, Florida
Date of Stay:
January, 2014 -
$75.00
Overall Rating:
Close to street but it dead ends in the state park so not too much traffic. I agree with the previous posts but want to emphasize that the site entrances and exits need to be widened to keep from dropping off when entering or exiting. We would probably stay there again in spite of the price. We camped at Panama City Beach RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Holiday Campground, Ochlockonee Bay, Florida
Date of Stay:
January, 2014 -
$40.00
Overall Rating:
Fairly good park. Pull-throughs were a bit narrow. Good cable. Hookups at sites facing bay were at the back of the site (front for a motor home if you pull it in to face the bay. Many sites were long term rentals, many to working people. Too many of the long term sites had too much junk around them. Some long term units should be evicted for extremely trashy appearance. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Holiday Campground in a Motorhome.

Excellent RV park. Exceptionally well manicured. Maybe a bit pricy for an overnight stay, but we have paid more for much worse. The review of July, 2013 pretty much says it all. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Poncho's Pond RV Park in a Motorhome.

Cash or check only. Staff very helpful with maps and suggestions for the area. Quite convenient to Duluth/Superior area. Very adequate facilities. Comfortable roads for a large motorhome.
