Lazy Day Campground, Danville, Missouri

Date of Stay: September, 2019 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

This is at least our fourth time here and have never been disappointed. This works out mileage wise going east west then south to Sikeston Mo. It is so neat and well kept. Gravel was all newly added . We stopped in our site and it was so level we did not put down jacks or put slides out for our overnight. WiFi and cable worked well Everything was so nice. I'm sure we will stop here again in our 40' mh. We camped at Lazy Day Campground in a Motorhome.

Valley RV Park, Buena Vista, Colorado

Date of Stay: September, 2019 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We liked this rv park. The rate was the most reasonable for the area. Others have raised their rates much higher. This park is for sale so when it sells the rate will most likely go way up too. This park is just on the edge of town so very handy for the stores and restaurants there. Nice level good size site, new concrete pad and picnic table,. The owners were very nice. I would stay here again if price does not go up. We camped at Valley RV Park in a Motorhome.

The road up to Cottonwood pass is open to the top and paved all the way. They were in the process of paving the road from the top west. The views up there are stunning.

Monument RV Resort, Fruita, Colorado

Date of Stay: September, 2019 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

$52, more than I generally pay for a park but it was Memorial Day weekend and I needed to make reservations. We have stayed here 2 times before as it works out for our travel schedule to or from Salt Lake City. Park is nice ,clean and neat, with good laundry. Site was long gravel level pull through just like we prefer. We were close but not jammed up to neighbor, scenery was nice. We camped at Monument RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Lakeside RV and Campground, Provo, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2019 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

Our 4th time here as we are in area for medical reasons. We like this rv pk as it is clean, neat well kept and not too far from the doctor. The spaces are back to back so we are close to neighbor on one side but nice shared grassy area on other. The roads are paved and gravel on site. Cable was ok on some stations and fuzzy on others. Wifi was very slow to non-existent and we were parked right under the repeater. Park is right nest to a small river with walk path which I have used, There is nice shade from cottonwood trees They have a pool which we have never used but many kids were there. This was labor day week end so we had made reservations and park was full. We would come here again if in area. It is a little tight getting in and out but no problem for us. We camped at Lakeside RV and Campground in a Motorhome.

Downata Hot Springs RV Park, Downey, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

Aug. 28 , school started , pool closed and park was empty except camphost and one tent and us. This is a nice well kept park that is older so smaller sites but a couple that could take big rigs. We have a 40' mh w/toad thankfully we were given the option of staying in the only pull through that we saw #30. It was level so didn't put down jacks for overnight(only small bedroom slide extended. 6 miles off interstate , pretty countrysideThe only negative was low branches on loop scratched roof. We would stay again if branches trimmed. We camped at Downata Hot Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

Valley View RV Park, Island Park, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed in H5 in a 40' mph w/toad. Nice pull through with some gravel and room for slides, pick ic table and no fire pit "yes", no smoke. I had to put boards under front wheels or they would have been of the ground but I come prepared. Only 20 minutes from National Park. We would stay here again with discount. We camped at Valley View RV Park in a Motorhome.

Bearmouth Chalet RV Park , Clinton, Montana

Date of Stay: August, 2019 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

This was a very nice rv park, just what we like for a overnight. It was just off the interstate, easy access, reasonable price for 30 amp ( 50 am was available but we did not need) and water with dump station, level gravel pullthrough site that long enough for my 40' MH and toad, some shade but mostly open, many large cottonwood and pines around park but roads were easy to navigate , very friendly staff. It was cool enough to enjoy the night air with windows open until nearby campfire smoke came in so we had to turn on airconditioner. Oh well. We camped at Bearmouth Chalet RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wonderland RV Park, Torrey, Utah

Date of Stay: May, 2019 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We really enjoyed this rv Pk. It is clean and neat with green well watered grass in between sites. Our site was long enough for our 40’ mph to back in with car parked in front. We did not put down leveling jacks but used one block under front tires to level which is normal . Gravel sites and good loop drive around park. This is the closest and best park in town. WIFI worked well as did utilities and cable for tv We camped at Wonderland RV Park in a Motorhome.

Black Bart's RV Park, Flagstaff, Arizona

Date of Stay: April, 2019 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Pull through, level, check in good, FHUs. Price was high but options in town were limited. I was asked at check in to disconnect my car and park it in front of me so they could park another rv behind me. The picnic table needed repair and concrete patio was broken up severely. We camped at Black Bart's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Texas 281 RV Park, Bulverde, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2019 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Check in went well, we had called in. Staff friendly and we were led to site. It was the only one left that would accommodate our 40' mh and toad. It did have a couple of drawbacks. It was so close on the drivers side rear that we did not put out our bedroom slide on that side. When leaving we had to unhook our car because we had to turn sharp to miss tree branches overhead. The car would have not cleared the rv next to us if we had not. We watched branches on way out but cleared. Other than that the other reviews covers it pretty well. We camped at Texas 281 RV Park in a Motorhome.

Ameristar Vicksburg RV Park, Vicksburg, Mississippi

Date of Stay: March, 2019 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

I ask for a level site so I wouldn’t have to put down my jacks because I had trouble with them but 30 amp was all I needed for the night. I was told that all the level sites that were available were 50 amp . I said that was fine so I was assigned site 60. I found this much better than the unlevel 30 amp site 53 that I was in 2 weeks earlier that was difficult to get in and out with a 40’ mph. I had no problem getting in and out of site 60. FHUs , cable tv was good ( high water pressure) , amps good, WiFi unavailable at my site. This a good short term park if you are traveling through and not looking for a camping experience. This is what we want and would stay here again if level site is available. We camped at Ameristar Vicksburg RV Park in a Motorhome.
