Big Bone Lick State Park, Union, Kentucky

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice campground. Sites were a little short for our 31 foot trailer (had to park the suburban next to camper to stay off the road). Showers were clean but old looking. We camped at Big Bone Lick State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga, Rossville, Georgia

Date of Stay: February, 2011 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Park was very clean. My wife said it was the cleanest bath rooms outside of Disney. Fairly easy access off the main highway. Not really a destination stay, but a great place to overnight, or to base camp at and explore the area. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Travel Trailer.

Meadowlark Acres Family Campground, Burlington, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

We also only saw the camp office/store open on the day of check in, and then only saw staff the last day of our trip cutting grass. You can't control the heat/cold in the shower, only on or off. The garbage in the bathrooms was not emptied during our 3 days there (although it was not over flowing either). It was very quite, peaceful, if you don't want to be bothered or need anything from the office it was nice. The playgrounds are very dated, by our kids still liked the slides. We most likely won't camp there again, we'll look for something more modern. We camped at Meadowlark Acres Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Nice campground, everything was clean. My children loved the wooden train in the playground area and cried when we pulled them away. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Travel Trailer.

Harvest Moon RV Park, Adairsville, Georgia

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Very clean campground, not very child friendly. Great place to pull into, hook up and spend the night. The pool wasn't open yet (late May) so can't comment on that. There was no playground for the children, and no shade at all near the sites we were at. We camped at Harvest Moon RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
